  • I hate this app.

    Using this app makes using the ZIIP device inconvenient and annoying. When trying to make the time to include using the device in skin care routine, you cannot simply quickly sinc a treatment, you have to sign in with email and password to the app every time- this did not used to be the case previously. Also you used to be able to listen to a podcast seamlessly at the same time as using the ZIIP without being interrupted when using the app to change between treatments. But now it stop playing your music or podcast and the ZIIP creator videos start automatically- so then you have to close them then go out of ZIIP app, back to find podcast app, and restart whatever you were playing all whilst trying to use the ZIIP with inevitably sticky fingers from the gel. This didn’t used to be the case with the previous versions. They’ve actually made the app and in turn the ZIIP so annoying to use now.

  • Can’t reset password in app

    The screen to reset password does not show a SUBMIT button (maybe it’s my SE phone) so have to go login to laptop web browser to reset password. Please fix the UI. Seems like password should persist - the device only works with my phone anyway.

    Other than that everything is good.

  • Terrible app

    I have tried multiple times to reset my password, it asks for my email address and I never receive an email. I have been unable to use the app because of this. The app was logging me out and it never saved my password. I feel like I wasted my
    Money buying the ziip halo because I have not been able to access all the treatments in the app.

  • App is cumbersome.

    The app is ok. I like all the treatments offered. But even when I put the ziip to my skin later than the video, my treatment always ends earlier. And it makes me login every few days which is tedious. Please have a “remember me” check box so I don’t have to login every time. The lift is not as effective as the Nuface and it’s the only treatment with no app required.

  • App has never worked.

    The device itself is great, but the app has never worked. I’ve never done a treatment where the device and the app synced up. My device either shuts off before the treatment is finished, or the treatment ends while the device is continuing. It’s tough because the frequency and intensity of the microcurrent is timed to her movements. So if the device is out of sync, you could be applying heavier microcurrents to a place that doesn’t need it. The app is essential. Not sure why they’re not putting much more time and energy into perfecting it.

  • Timing is off

    The app is laid out nicely but the timing of her showing you the treatment is off compared to what you are doing in real life by at least a minute for each treatment.
  • Login waste of time

    Y’all, I love my ZIIP, but I am BEGGING you. Eliminate the need to sign in with email to enter the app. This is SUCH A TEDIOUS WASTE OF TIME and makes me want to throw the whole thing away. Face ID would help, but honestly, I had this app for years without needing a login and it made switching functions very easy. Now I feel a real wave of annoyance every time. What security are we protecting here? Why does this need to be password protected? Streamline this, I am begging you.

  • App down. No Tech or Customer service

    I’ve deleted and reinstalled a million times w both data and Wi-Fi. All I get is a white screen. Contacted support via email whom said nothing is wrong with the app so it’s on me. If you call be ready to transport to 1995 and leave a vm to which you won’t get a call back. NO Tech Support at all. Not even a month in after spending $300 and can’t use my ZIIP that depends on the app. I love the results but no Customer or Tech Support makes no sense.

  • Where’d the treatments go?

    How is it possible that this update is worse than the last app? Where did the treatments go? Many of the full facial and target treatments are not on this new update. And still the videos go longer than my device. It’s not my device this is happening to other people as well. He better get better!!!
  • App is horrible

    Given that the device is about $600, the app should be way better. It’s so disappointing in so many ways. The videos don’t sync up to the treatments. More importantly, when I start a treatment plan, it doesn’t actually keep track. It shows that my next treatment in the plan is always the first day of it. I have to manually keep track or try to remember which day im on. Please do better, especially since part of the allure of this product are the tutorials and plans.
