Can’t Use the New App
Unfortunately after the update, the app kept closing when I opened it. I reinstalled the app and now it won’t play any videos. They simplified the video descriptions but I’d rather have a search tool or quiz based on your cover new. Right now I want to treat breakouts. It’d be nice in the guided videos if they talked about why the device is doing what it’s doing (eg this helps get rid of acne because…)Show lessYeolgigu
Not working - no videos loading
I love my Ziip and all was going great until the update. I’ve removed this app from my iPhone- yes not just removing the icon but permanently deleted and removed history but when I load the app from the App Store it’s no different. When I pick and load one of the options to my Ziip, the video no longer loads or runs for me to follow. Please fix this, I know I’m not the only one with this issue. Thanks!Show lesscamiroxx
Black screen during treatment
After this most recent update, when I go into a treatment the screen is black and you cannot press play. It’s just frozen, if that makes sense. I hope this is resolved soon!Mistertitanic16
Videos won’t work after new update!
Now the video won’t load after I sync the treatment. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app a dozen times now. It’s extremely inconvenient because I get the gel on and then find I’m stuck with no video and end up free forming it. Please fix ASAP!ak ironswan
Crashes..
I haven’t been able to open the app - or use my ziip! - since the update. I was especially looking forward to this update as it’s been in need of a revamp, but just a major disappointment. I’ve emailed with no response, so now just waiting for another update while my ziip sits unused.Tabs
Video no longer available after update
I had no problems with the app until the update. Now I can’t access any of the videos - it’s just a black screen.
I deleted the app and reinstalled but it didn’t help.Gthoooooo
Doesn’t load
Having consistent problems with app not opening and/or videos not loading, When it works I like it but app trouble discouraging me using my tool as well ..frustrating.frustatedbyziip
Crashes upon opening - Can’t use my device
It’s a bit annoying to make the device dependent entirely upon the app, but it was fine when it was working. For over a month, the app doesn’t even open since it crashes right away and I haven’t been able to use my $450+ device. PLEASE fix the app!Ania Breitbarth
New update makes the app buggy
I had zero problems with the app until the most recent update. It has little glitches, like crashing, not being able to leave certain screens without fully closing out of the app, and not being able to edit parts of my profile.
Also, I don’t like the new treatment descriptions. They’re super vague and if I hadn’t been using them before, I wouldn’t know which treatment to use, as they all sort of sound the same.Show lessamellondance
Love my ZIIP, but the app rarely works
