  • Device has stopped syncing

    I have been using and enjoying the ZIIP for the past few months, but recently it stopped syncing to the app. I have done everything I can think of, charging the device, updating my iPhone software, checking permissions, deleting and reinstalling the app. It a pretty expensive device to not have app maintained on a regular basis. Hopefully an update will happen soon??

  • App Needs Issues Addressed

    I love my Ziip device, but the issue with the treatment plans’ calendar has been going on for a while and still has not been fixed… I expect more attention from the manufacturers when people invest in a $500 beauty device.
  • Missing treatments?

    Some treatments are missing from the app, such as total clearing. Not sure if it’s discontinued or what happened.
  • Terrible app

    The app is terrible for such a great device. You can use individual treatments but I’d really love to follow one of their plans to see the best results. Unfortunately once I do the first treatment in any plan I can’t advance to the next treatment, no matter how many days I wait it’s just stuck. I’ve tried all the plans and multiple devices and just can’t get it to work. The worst part is that I keep on trying to contact the company and they NEVER respond to any of my emails. I think I’m going to save up for the new NuFace device since it does the same thing and has a new app. So unfortunate because this could have been great.

  • Perpetually bugged

    The app works when it wants to. The device is wonderful but the app is poorly developed. More often than not it will give me a blank screen despite being connected to a network. I think they should simply load the device with the facials. Disappointed.
  • Super frustrating

    While I like the ability to choose different treatments based on my needs, the app itself is really frustrating. The pace of the video is different from the actual device so they’re never quite in sync. The device doesn’t pause when it’s not in contact with your face, it just keeps going. You can neither fast forward nor rewind the videos so once you’re out of sync there’s nothing you can do. I would much prefer a guide like Nuface has with diagrams with the positions and repetitions so you can move at the actual pace of the device. Rather than relaxing, the treatments are super frustrating the more out of sync they become. The videos are nice as a reference but should t be the only way to do a treatment.

  • Nothing works?

    None of the treatments plans seem to work. There’s no notifications. I was pregnant for the past year and haven’t used the app in over a year. It was better before - at least everything worked!

  • Needs improvement

    Have to re-login frequently, doesnt save credentials or store password info like all of my other apps. If you change password on the website it doesnt sync with the app, get an error message that it doesnt sync and to try later but it won’t ever resolve. Have to initiate change password through the app which will go to the website anyway and then it works. Many of the videos dont sync with the device even when starting at exactly same moment. The timing/buzzing/beeping isnt the same as what is in the video so tough to tell if Im zapping myself in the intended ways. I like the device results but the tech side needs work

    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues. Just to be clear, the ZIIP App is not connected to your ZIIP Beauty account for shopping on your PC or Laptop. These are two independent accounts. Passwords are stored and the ZIIP App does not have an auto logout function setting within the app. You should be able to simply swipe the ZIIP app away. If that is not the case, there may be a setting on your phone that logs you out of the app. To make sure the app isn't buggy or incompatible with the latest version of the operating system, install the latest updates.   • The app refresh is good, but…

    The app refresh with programs is my fav part! Lately though, picking a treatment plan to follow doesn’t move forward with passing days. I have to go into the plan and click “see treatments” so I can see what I’m supposed to do that day. When it worked it was great! I didn’t have to think or count the days and look up to see what I was supposed to do for that day. I hope it gets fixed soon.

In the meantime, please delete the app, and reinstall, which will get you back to ZIIPing. Note: Bluetooth connectivity is required to sync successfully with your ZIIP device, so please click "OK" when asked if the ZIIP Beauty app can use Bluetooth.   • App experience is terrible

    It’s incredibly annoying to pay $500 for a device and $100 per gel container, and have to further jump through hoops to just use the thing. The app fails to remember sessions and also doesn’t work properly with Apple pw manager. Insane level of login friction — really really unpleasant digital experience for an otherwise good physical product.
