  • Nice App Update (February 2022)

    It was nice to see the app get a recent update to display the name of the current treatment you were running, along with a timer of how far along you were with its completion. In the past you only had a countdown, which sometimes left me wondering where I was within the flow of doing a cadence of the said treatments. There is certainly some room for improvement, i.e. it would be great to “favorite” or heart the treatments you find yourself returning to time after time (Founder’s Favorite, Instant Gratification and Lift and Sculpt!). I’d also love to see the ability to do something like the Founder’s Favorite treatment in an abbreviated, 50% duration, as 10 minutes can be lengthy to tack on to your routine after you’ve done one or two other treatments already. It would also be fun if the app could guide you to take a very specific/structured selfie, so that you could record that and cross reference it in the future to track any changes you may find or develop. The device itself is five stars all the way, so I couldn’t really dock the app because of that fact, but again I hope to see more features or options in the future.

  • Good update

    I really like the new videos and the redesign is great - I’m excited to try one of the new plans. (Some videos were taken out, and I do miss them, though!) A lot of thought was clearly put into improving the experience of regular users. Except for one area: video playback. There is no forwarding or going back by any increment, no scrubbing, no skipping, no minimizing the video so you can multitask. This is standard in almost all video players on iOS and I don’t understand why it was left out here.

We did remove the FF and RW capabilities as the videos are instructional to demonstrate the technique that is meant to be followed for the best results.   • Bring back previous videos!

    These new video formats are terrible. You can’t go backwards or forwards, only pause. And Melanie doesn’t explain the technique well like she did in the previous version (how many reps, etc) for each video. I’m ignoring her instructions on existing facials/treatments and doing the plans from before. Bring back the old ones!

  • Love my device and this new update

    I love the new update and programs. It’s so cool that this company continues to improve their device for their customers without asking you to upgrade or buy a new device. I love the results I get, and the customer service is impeccable.

  • App worthless

    The app keeps crashing! Tried my Iphone, my Ipad…same! Such an expensive tool, it’s money stolen if the only app that can make it work is unreliable!!!
  • What happened?

    Love this product, but the app has gotten less user friendly over time. It shut down on me too and I had to create a new account. After I did the treatment sync the screen stayed black. I closed out, returned and it then worked. Surprised and disappointed. Also would be nice to have an inspiring message/s or relaxing music in background while doing treatment (so I don’t need to bring in another device to play music). Hope this can be addressed.

  • Hasn’t worked in months!

    When the app works and I can use the ZIIP device I can see results, unfortunately it hasn’t worked properly in months. And the ZIIP device is totally worthless without the app. This is so frustrating! Please fix the app.
  • Videos not working

    Just downloaded, excited to try my new ZIIP, but the videos will not play! Please fix ASAP.
  • App no longer works

    Since the last update a few weeks ago (July 2021), the videos on the app no longer play, so I have spent a lot of money on a tool I can no longer use!! Please fix the app and make the videos available on YouTube.
