Unable to register
Despite trying many times, on two different devices, I've been unable to register, and so I'm unable to use the app

Not bad at all
I was worried when I saw all the negative ratings. I downloaded and signed on without any problems. My trips were on the app and had nice summary of upcoming trip , packing list and contact numbers. I only wish you had the option to make a payment. They don’t have the payment option in the website either , every time you want to make a payment on your trip you have the make a phone call.Show lessdennis96
Want to love it
I REALLY want to like this app as it would make all Gadventure tours so much easier. However, there are a lot of issues to work out:
- initially didn’t work at all on my phone
- after an update it was great! All necessary info was there and i went through the “good to go” list and put everything in.
- next update, nothing worked and I couldn’t see my trip.
- another update and the app seemed to work but my “readiness” level went from 88% to 22% and clicking the option to add info back in results in an error.
All of this was true for my friend also using the app so it isn’t just me. I’m too scared to rely on this app and complex tours (like China with their visa requirements) don’t leave room for any sort of mistakes, app not working, etc.
So much potential here so please get this up and running correctly. I want to be able to do everything I need to do and be able to book side excursions too. Would really be a huge factor in streamlining tours with Gadventures.Show lessBrbarlow
My trips are not showing
When I click on My Trip to view the itinerary I can’t see the information as before. Fix it asaptimi0009
Doesn’t Work
As soon as you download the offline maps, it stops working. Please fix this as it seems like a useful app otherwise.Lunatic Kardinal !!!
Not working properly since update
The app was good but doesn’t work properly now. All of my downloaded maps are gone, sometimes the menu bar just displays a black screen and periodically I receive a message that all of the functions won’t work for me as G Adventures doesn’t have my birthday - they do and it worked before.
Please fix it as it was very useful during my last two trips.Show lessmtm06
Cannot create login
I cannot create a login to use the app on my iPhonedeb-k-
Can’t even get passed the start screen on sign up
Put details in to sign up and looks like it’s loading something for 2 seconds but then it disappears and crashes so can’t even sign up or get access. They have removed their online forum. No way now to discuss with fellow G adventure travellers! Why? Makes me suspiciouskeeksmc
Can’t login

Generally good and informative
Big problem I find is the app seems to store data long after it is needed. I'm on my 7th Gadventures trip and the app was taking up more than 1GB of storage on my phone! A delete and reinstall had it come back with a much more manageable 63MB usage.•Jay•
