Needs a lot of work
Extremely glitchy, can’t see everything no matter how many times you restart the app, data doesn’t update, can’t use the checklists. The app is useless especially since I can’t rely on it when I am travelling or to book anything.rsmrjs

Extremely limited use
It has your documents and a VERY broad itinerary that just lists what city you’ll be in that day, which is nice, but it’s not very useful. It should have a way for tour leaders to put in detailed itineraries, like the ones they give us on the tour, so you know what you’re doing that day at what time and what free time activities are recommended in the area.Show lessFjshfjsoxhskcj

Horrible
As soon as I write this review I’ll delete this app. .The tour starts today and we still don’t have the meeting time at the hotel. I still don’t know where we are staying on tour so I could get concierge assistance and just had to hunt the Internet for help with side trips, etc. is no hotel information for our tour, Ciao!!Show lessCar Seats!
Terrible app
Terrible app—can’t get last 3 days of itinerary to come up. Called Nat Geo yesterday held for an hour, opted for call back and no one ever called back.
I sure hope this tour is better than their customer service and their app.Worked great!
I used this app when travelling Iceland and I found no major issues. In the past, it has been buggy, but I believe most of the problems have now been resolved. Definitely a great idea for their group travel and to keep track of everyone and everything.MartyKari
Terrible app
I have been on many G adventure trips over the last 12 years or so. The actual trips are great.
But this app, like their website, sucks. Their website was better 10 years ago that it is now, and this new app is even worse. Nothing seems to work properly.
At least their website is marginally more functional.

Hard to look for everything.
I found the daily schedule for my current trip one time but can’t find it later. It should be one menu and everything listed upfront and u don’t have to go in something to find something. Also it doesn’t sync w travel app like tripit. I have a cruise confirmation in email and tripit sync it to the daily itinerary. Gadventure itinerary won’t sync. It would be useful since it will have the hotel and location and all the travel plans in one place. It could be done. Plz look into it?Show lessSeaportnyc
App that serves no purpose
Received welcome letter on arrival at our hotel, inviting us to download this app to “learn more about our trip or to start getting to know your fellow travellers”. However, the app does neither of those things. It does not tell me any more about my forthcoming trip than I already know, and there is no way to make contact with or ‘get to know’ our fellow travellers. So, this is a pointless app that serves no purpose whatsoever and is in fact a complete waste of time and effort.
This is yet another example of a company using technology for the sake of using technology, to do something that is not needed or useful.Show lessAntitech444
