Missing features and no notifications
Ridiculous. What is the point of a chat function in the app without an option to turn on notifications? Missing the map and checklist features.jucest
App doesn’t work and shouldn’t be available
I’ve been on three G Adventures tours in the last two months and we’ve tried to use the app each time but it never works correctly. Frankly I’m baffled as to why any company would ever let a product as bad as this be available in the first place. The list of problems is way too long to even mention. It’s easier to list what it gets right - it provides a daily itinerary. That’s about it. None of the other features work correctly. Everyone on my current tour has complained and no one has even gotten a reply. This has been a common story on each of my trips this year and yet the app is still available and no improvements have been made. Very disappointed.Show lessVagabondcowboy
Error 424
I get Error 424 every time I try to use the app. I have no idea what that means. More informative error messages, rather than just a number would be nice.bob888123
Good; not great
The App is good enough. However, I often need to click on the one link multiple times before it switches from 50% good to go to showing my vouchers.
A nice add on would be to show the CEO name and contact email on the itinerary a few weeks before the trip.ScottGW123

Brutal!
There is only one thing worse than this app and that is the customer service of G Adventures, avoid both of them. My wife and I have the same operating system and version of the app, yet totally different problems which makes the app useless.
