Glitches and now not working
The app was working great until there was glitch so I was advised to delete and reinstall. They did an app update during this time and now my app doesn’t work at all nor load my itinerary. Pretty useless now.Stellybystarlight
Doesn’t work for iphone
Whatever you did last night please undo it!! We are travelling and since the update we have lost all data and functionality. Please address!24HaHa

So I think this app is super useful and I was glad to have it before my trip in a week...
I updated as prompted and it loads nothing!! Everything has disappeared. And why is the developer called “impersonate now” and to “turn off” the developer I have to add another email? Very strange...Vorough
Can no longer log in
As of 1 day ago (new update) I can no longer use the app. Was working well up until that point and would have given 5 stars otherwise. Please fix ASAP.Ngaire_12
What is the point !
I’ve never written a review if an app before but this one has motivated me to do so. It is literally a short list of what are effectively links to their website. It is almost completely useless; perhaps if you have booked a trip then magic happens.... Such a shame as the website is good.£*'ncty#
Limited utility
The itinerary function seems the most usable and accurate function. Chat is clunky, does not provide notifications, and is pretty unusable. Maps are there, but often do not reflect locations specified in the itinerary. On some maps I consistently get a location somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, and then when you try to move or change scale, the app crashes. Many other aggravating nuisances. Needs performance and design improvements
The form to request a sign in link via email hung. I waited about 15 seconds for the form to submit and gave up cause it didn’t finish submitting.
Could use design improvements. Logging in is a bit slow. Would be ideal if I could log in with google.
There are too many different fonts.
The G for Good Movement copy is hard to read because the font is light grey over a blue background.

App definitely needs to be improved
I downloaded this app when I first started considering where to go abroad with G Adventures. The online forum seemed a great idea because it meant I was able to chat to those who I’d be on my tour with. They have since removed this feature it appears leaving only information pages. I have had to re-register a few times now thinking that it was perhaps an error causing all the itinerary, packing lists, emergency contact pages to disappear but having read that other reviewers are experiencing the same issue with the online forum being removed it’s starting to make me feel a little uneasy as to what to pack etc etc.Show lessElizabeth181827
Awful
Pointless, frustrating and badly designed. I’ve logged out in an attempt to reset it and allow me to put my second travellers info in and now can’t log in at all into “good to go”. The last in a long list of frustrations with the app. I HATE having to enter all the details of my trip. That’s what I pay travel agents for! Just about the least intuitive app I have ever come across, whoever designed it should be fired!Show lessPennytortoise
