What’s the point of the new layout???
Moving beyond the fact that the app is so unstable that it’s practically unuseable, the new layout is just bizarre!! The trips button and the today button display exactly the same info!! Takes at least 2 clicks, 5 scrolls and a freeze and restart before you can simply read what’s on your itinerary for the day. Also the itinerary is missing half the information from the website. Not user friendly on the go...
THE OLD VERSION WAS THE BEST, the app changed while I was travelling and it has been disappointing to use.
New version misses the point of using the app on the go, too much going on, I’d rather just look at my own PDFs of the trip info. instead of clicking through the app to get what I need each time.Show lessCaNaDoOo

Stopped Working
Since the update, all my itinerary and associated info is no longer displayed in the app. Please fix with an update or restore a previous version of the app as we’re departing soon and the app seemed like a great way to keep on top of the plans and to chat to other people on the tour.Bizeeboy
Doesn’t work
Despite currently being on a G adventures trip, the app remains stubbornly blank, telling me there are no group chats to access, not displaying my itinerary and generally taking up storage space on my phone. Tried redownloading several times. Absolutely useless.Ash117a

It’s been almost a week and still can’t see the tour itinerary or anything for that matter- started my trip last week and the app before the update was useful! Hurry up and fix it or put it back!!Aghdnsnskj
Current version not working properly
App not working with new update. Was pretty useful before, now none of my personal or trip information shows up, only chat feature seems to workJimmysnapshot
My trip isn't loading
Arrived for my Tour today, and have loaded the app as instructed by the CEO. Apart from having issues logging in (error status code 502), once I do login, my trip details will not load (I get the spinning wheel of death).
So this is a failure right from the startabculture
From bad to worse
The latest update has deleted all of my trips and my trip information. I’m going on a trip tomorrow and now I have lost all of my information regarding the dates and accomodation. Thanks so much for the terrible update, this app has never been good.keeganthomson
Not working
I’m on a trip at the moment and I was using the app on a daily basis. Since the update, no information will load.
My CEO advised me to delete and re-download but it still doesn’t work. Everyone on our trip who’s updated the app is experiencing this issue.
