Ne fonctionne pas tous le temps. Il arrive régulièrement que les informations dans une ou l’autre des onglets disparaissent soudainement sans raison. J’ai dû supprimer cette app et la télécharger à nouveau q.q foisalex4$7$8
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star
I’ve had this app for about five months and I think it may have worked half decently for about three days of this time. Absolutely useless. Wish I could give it negative stars.scoffdok

Not a good update please fix
The accommodation and weather details for each day have been removed with the new update. These were really useful please reinstate them. The itinerary is not as good with this update!RCH070120
If I could give it 0 stars I would...
It’s time to revert back to the old app ASAP while you fix the new one. Not only does it crash half the time, it has inaccurate or no trip information and the new layout is missing important details that you’d want to see in your itinerary.
For example, I am awaiting my upcoming tour in 2 days and it says I have no upcoming trips, yet 2 weeks ago it was listed as one. So now I can only access the info I need with wifi, which isn’t helpful when you’re abroad in countries with limited access.
The itinerary in the app doesn’t show any accommodation, which is problematic for many reasons but general safety purposes as I’d like to know where I’m staying. It also fails to properly show which meals are included it only says “breakfast...” when in fact on my last trip all meals were covered.
I generally LOVE everything about G, from the research and sales aspect, to the trip itself. But this awful app needs to be fixed asap because it’s seriously impacting the view on service. I was on a 55 day tour and not having it work properly was quite problematic and troublesome...Show lessKelllllllllleeeeeeeeyyyyy

Awful ‘upgrade’
This app was great until the latest upgrade, which removed over half the information that was previously available. It made this an almost useless app now, I am so annoyed as travelling with in less than a week and have virtually no clue about the hotels, travel times and meals included and optional tours! Basically unusable
The updated version crashes constantly and display no where near as much info as the previous format. In saying that although painful at least you can update your good to go in here eventually, you cannot even log into the website.findanicknametheysay
Completely broken
The app doesn’t work at all, don’t bother. I downloaded it as I’m doing the inca trail and haven’t been given sufficient information by G Adventures (still have no idea what hotel they’re providing) but when I click the inca trail card it just goes blank. Have tried closing it and trying again etc. But it just remains blank. Very frustrating.Show lessKatL2019
Just doesn’t work
Worked okay when I first downloaded it. Then I kept getting an error when I tried to login, now I’m able to login but it doesn’t show any itinerary or chats. Awful for such a big company to have such a useless app. Update 12/3: showing my itinerary but the chat has still disappeared. Guess I won’t be connecting to my fellow travelers.Show lessDrElmo12
