  • Doxie

    Won’t work
  • Wonky Wi-fi setup, shallow app

If you’re looking to set up your new Doxie and scan into Evernote then you’re out of luck. Looks like you have to use the desktop app. I’ve only managed to connect to my Doxie once and now it refuses entirely. Not impressed.
  • Picture Project

I was going to box up my pictures and send to a service for about $300. It was so worth it I thought until I saw the scanner on a flash sale. I put on some tunes and in less than 2 hrs I scanned and uploaded hundreds of photos that I don’t EVER have to sort through again. This app is freaking amazing. Thank you!!

  • Great!

I love this app and device! So helpful when it comes to clearing away stacks of papers you aren’t sure you won’t need again. We’ve had problems with medical/hospital bills in the past so this is a great way to have all that information, including any notes I may have jotted down on the bill that month, without having to let it pile up!

  • It works.

    It does the job.
  • Doxie

Doesn’t have “Doxie Flip” version to select on setup, useless!
  • Still can’t share multiple images

Works fine but not possible to export multiple images. E.g. You can scan 100 images on your Doxie scanner. You can import them all into this software in one go. But you can’t get the images out of this software in one go unless you want a pdf. Your only option is to export 100 times to jpeg. Very laborious.

  • Not apple friendly

I bought this Doxie to scan pictures to my iPad and am totally disappointed that i have to download each picture one at a time. The description is misleading because it led me to believe it was a piece of cake to transfer the pictures, not true.

    Developer Response

Hi there, I'm very sorry you feel this way about Doxie's iOS app. We tried to reach out to you personally, but we were not able to find your e-mail address. Doxie for iOS is like an accessory to the full Doxie desktop software – it’s not a replacement for the full Doxie app – therefore, it does not include all the features. Doxie's iOS app is a basic counterpart to the desktop Doxie software, designed for viewing and sharing only. It can import scans, help you organize and sort them out, staple into multi-page PDFs, apply contrast boost, and share scans. You can also install third-party apps like Dropbox and Evernote on your device to send scans directly to these apps. However, bulk exporting JPEG files is not in the list of included features – you can bulk export if you staple them and save them as a PDF file. That said, we've logged this for our app developers to look into and consider in the near future – thank you! Doxie Customer Care Apparent Corporation http://www.getdoxie.com/support
  • Would be 5 Stars if Allow Bulk JEPG Export to Phone

Great App and scanner! But the most important feature of having this app/scanner is missing. Bulk export of JPEG is a must have feature. It’s like selling a car without the engine....
  • Missing one feature

I would love for this feature because I dislike having to save one by one: please allow us to save multiple files/jpg at one time. Other than that it’s perfect!

    Developer Response

Hi there, Thanks so much for your feedback -- we really appreciate it! While Doxie's computer application does allow you to save multiple files, Doxie's iOS app only lets you save one by one. However, I'll definiltey pass this feedback on to our software engineers. We're a small company and we take customer feedback seriously. That said, If you have any questions or additonal feedback for us, please feel free to contact us at help@getdoxie.com. Best, Doxie Customer Care hello@getdoxie.com
