CorTrust is a great bank with awesome customer service and great security.
Worst app ever
This is the worst app ever it picks and chooses when it wants you to login using your own information then if you forget your password you go to recover it and the temporary password they give you doesn’t even work I spend more time locked out of this app than being able to access it go ahead and download if you want to call customer service for help after every other use

Constant server issues
This is by far the worst app I have in my two mobile devices. Constant crashing and server issues. I moved to a new bank as a result.
Login on App
I can NEVER login it always say can’t identify me So annoying!!!! All my other credit cards are so easy!!!! I have to call in EVERY TIME to make a payment? Such a waste of time!
Very pleased easy to use
I am not very tech savvy or computer literate but I have a very easy time keeping track and transferring money

Full of bugs that are old as the app. They seem to refuse to fix them. The app is uneasy to use and not anywhere good on the eyes. If I wasn’t as lazy as I am I would switch banks for a better online experience.
Unusable Since Last Update
The CorTrust Bank app was rendered unusable after their last update. It simply launches to a white screen and then errors out. Given that others have already reported this, it’s remarkable that this bug hasn’t been fixed yet.
Has been great, until..
For the last week the app opens to a white screen. Stays that way till it force closes. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app multiple times, called my local bank to see if I was locked out for any reason and changed my password. Still the app doesn’t work. Hope a patch is coming out soon to resolve this.
Update: been a month now of the app not working. Local bank is no help and no way to contact developers to find a solution.

Worthless now.
App was pretty good. No real complaints. Till one of the last updates. I guess ‘feature enhancements’ are sometimes a deal breaker. Now the App does not even start. Just says “for your security, it can not be used on a jailbroke phone.’ What a joke. So App is deleted. And now I have to access everything through the web page. Which is far more risky. Completely ruined the app. But I’m sure it’s all ‘ in the name of security’. Pretty sure we know the risks taken. Forcing your App to not work, is lame.
