I have no clue how well the app functions because I can’t sign in to view my account as a credit card holder. The level of convenience this would offer would be great!

I’d be lost without this app. I do all of my transfers this way, and to verify account balances at a moments notice.
Cortrust Credit Card
I don’t like the fact that this same website which I have access to pay and view my cortrust credit card account does not let me sign in and use the app? App doesn’t recognize my log in information..very inconvenient especially on the go with mobile phone.
Deposit checks doesn’t work well
Every time I try to submit a check/deposit I have to photograph it 5-10 times before it’s accepted. It’s super frustrating. It either has an unexpected error or can’t read my endorsement (even though I’m using a stamp provided by CorTrust).
CorTrust App Review
When comparing CorTrust to my other mobile banking app- it is entirely more frustrating. I was able to make a mobile deposit instantly with my other bank as it was automatically part of my agreement when using their mobile banking site. With CorTrust I had to turn on the option via the website which required a call to a representative to guide me through the steps. Even then, I had to google how to turn on mobile depositing because I couldn’t find it based off the instructions I received via phone. I rarely have to retake check images when using my other banking app. I just had to retake a check image 6 times to get it accepted on the CorTrust app. My other banking app remembers and allows me to use Touch ID to sign in. CorTrust lets me turn on the option to save and use the Touch ID preference, but never actually saves it, requiring me to manually sign in each time. It has all the same features as my other online banking app. The options are just more difficult to obtain or they don’t function as they are supposed to.

Accessibility is lacking
I have been using this app for a long time, with the latest update it is completely inaccessible to people are blind and use voiceover.
I cannot read any of the transaction information regarding my accounts. Please fix this app ASAP!

The app is okay. There have been many times when the balance reflected in the app isn't accurate to what's actually in the acct as shown via the web login. It would also be nice to have the capability to mobile deposit a check through a snapshot. Most banks nowadays do this. Also, I seem to get locked out of the app every other week for one reason or another.
