Transferring money delays at checkout
Too many clicks and entering the amount first means I can’t have a transfer set up.
I prefer the Westpac app when shopping. It allows you to drag and drop to select the ‘to’ and ‘from’ accounts (easier than the many-click drop downs in PN app) and THEN enter amount, so that you can have it ready to go at the checkout and just enter the amount when you have it. Can you please please simplify this process 🙏

Clunky
The app works ok but you don’t log in and go straight to view all of your accounts so it’s just extra steps which is frustrating and clunky to move around in compared to other apps. Usually when I’m looking at the app I want to complete an action quickly like check money has gone into a particular account or transfer something, not look at my overall amount in the bank.
Update, it’s updated and there are now even more steps to log in. Now I open the app, press log in, then it will Face ID, then I get a screen with my main account balance and then a balance of all my accounts combined for some reason. So even to view my accounts, instead a list being on the homescreen, I now have to go into another menu which is another 3 presses or press the shortcut button to get there but I don’t understand what the logic is in so many steps while every other app that I use has less? This annoys me regularly and I don’t often get annoyed at apps.

Easy Banking - as long as P&N Bank keeps their branches open.
I don't want to find that I can't do my banking face to face - or get cash when I want it.

Too easy
The app has made checking my balance so quick and easy. Much faster than the former procedure but it gives me some conniptions that it may be easier to be hacked. Fingers crossed 🤞
5 star banking
Just switched from the big banks to P&N, couldn’t be more happy with the quality and service, even though it’s abit inconvenient not have a 24/7 service 7 days a week like the big banks do. I would still choose P&N

More detailed home loan info pleeeease
P&N Bank app works well, but minimalistic on the home loan details. It would be so appreciated if Home loan accounts have a more refined data reporting page, displaying easy to access info on remaining mths/yrs, future forecasting mths/yrs based on extra payments, last payment amount, next payment due for the opted weekly/fortnightly payment plan, interest rate etc.. However, despite my, “KAREN” like observations, I’m very proud & happy to be supporting a local WA bank & this app seems like it’ll keep get better with the Dev team responses I’ve read. I’d like to acknowledge the P&N dev team on the great work achieved thus far, thanks guys! :)

Good when eventually got it to download
It’s handy and invaluable to keep track of finances. Easy to work. However as someone who did change sims a few times it’s a nuisance to keep having to contact call centre. But we’ll worthwhile when it’s up and running. Also call centre staff are lovely and helpful, friendly too.

I am genuinely appreciative of the P&N Bank and the excellent App that allows me so much freedom in organising my finances.. I am able to compare the service level provided by the App and the efficiency I achieve is better than my experience with a “big bank”.. I have readily introduced a number of family and friends to this facility…

Highly functional with very few limitations of full internet banking functions. Very easy to use and visually appealing.
