Does not provide accurate information
Not sure who’s fault it is, Friday 12 , it was displaying wait time of less than 10 minutes at Lukesville Border with Mexico and it took us 45 minutes to travel 2 miles to the boarder. Info provided it is not accurate at all.AleGaby123

While I am at the boarder, It says wait time is 10 minutes. But display at the boarder says 30 minutes. Not useful. Will deleteJakeBCWA
App needs an update
The times a crossing are open are not up-to-date for the Hidalgo-Pharr crossing. The website has the correct current hours but the app does not. The app says 6a-midnight for passenger vehicles. The actual hours are: 6:00 AM-8:00 AM (Central)

Several times I have used this and each time all the information has been incorrect. Waiting in line for 4 hours because it said 20 minutes instead of going to another port. Was told the other one was over 5 hours, yet, my family crossed in25 minutes! Deleting this app now. I quit.riahashley

Times are only for wait on American side, not other side. They close the gates to keep times low, to make the bureaucrats look good. Often lines of 4 hours or more while wait times, say 20 minutesInSuperposition

Very inaccurate app
Very inaccurate app. You can add at least 45 minutes to an hour to the numbers. I would never depend on planning anything with this app. You definitely will be late! Especially in busy ports of entry.AZ Brad
