NOT ACCURATE!!!!!
This app is so inaccurate that it is absurd.
It say borders are open when they are closed.
And borders are closed when they are open.
It showed 30 min wait San Ysidro so we went there and waited 3.5 hrs!!!!!
THIS APP IS RIDICULOUS!!!

App constantly crashes at random times, can’t believe a developer actually put such a bug-ridden app into use. And when it’s not crashing, it shows ridiculously inaccurate wait times. But, that being said, the app is more reliable than DHS itself. 🤷🏻♂️Tinman2621

Wait times are no way near accurate!

Horrible and useless. App collapses when you select a specific port of entry and not one of the 3 ports ever have accurate wait times. Useless.edub369
Update every 30 minutes
I like the app with going across but I would love it if they updated the wait time every 30 minutes. Sometimes there is no delay like 30 minutes after the hourly update but people don’t know because why would we leave the house to waste gas and see how long the line is instead of waiting till the next hour only to have it get bigger or smaller.Show lesscass421
Constantly Crashes
Enough said, can barely use before it crashes. Tried on several devices, restarts and resets. A whole mess of other things that normal people cannot even do, tried those too.

Crashes when selecting port of entry
The newest update deleted all of my favorites (no big deal), but the biggest issue is the app crashing when you select a port of entry to see further details. The app is still usable if all you need to see are the wait times while scrolling through the list of ports.hectoralexofelpasotx
Great App
It’s great for seeing what the shortest wait time is. Brownsville TX has four bridges. The latest update only allows you to see vehicle wait times. If you want to see pedestrian wait times you have to change the settings. It should allow you to see both passenger and pedestrian wait times so you can decide if you want to drive or walk across into the US.Show lessEliseocab
