Love it
Recently had back surgery and this app has been my bible. I love that I can rewatch my exercises and send a message to my dr best App ever.
EAHSMATRAT Hip Replacement
Sure is nice going into a surgical procedure knowing you have your paper work filled out. Great knowing what is going to happen by taking a look at the videos. . The steps certainly make you very aware of how active you have been. Going through a surgery like this, every little thing helps BIG BIG BIG time

Hip Replacement
I had a total hip replacement two weeks ago and the Force app and the exercises have helped me so much. These exercises done correctly will be your motivation to do them. They loosen your affected area and make you feel stronger each day. This is not a sprint itβs a marathon so pace yourself and remain patient. I do them before bed and they help me sleep. Stay the course fellow patients!

This is brilliant!
The pre-op exercise regimen on Force has made my recovery easier. I also appreciate the ability to communicate with my surgeon on the app.
Almost Perfect
28 days post op for total hip replacement and during my first two weeks, Force was my physical therapist, my daily exercise planner and an easy way to communicate with the doctor and support staff. During first two weeks uploaded daily pictures and exchanged messages about many different things related to the surgery and my recovery. Since I have started PT the app still helps me to plan my day for the three sets of exercises, keeps track of my steps and provides easy way to send the occasional message. The Exercise Log is clunky, and the Progress page could be better. All in all very happy with the app!

Tracking exercises
Needs better system for punting and tracking exercises.
Not perfect, but a huge step forward!
I just had a total hip replacement done two weeks ago and this app has been a godsend, both pre-op and post-op. I found the videos of proper exercise technique very helpful and the ability to log these exercises as I complete them motivating.
The best feature, though, has been the ease with which I have been able to communicate with my care team. The surgeon, a nurse and the scheduler have all been able to answer questions both large and small on a surprisingly prompt basis. This has been such a relief to me and my family. Knowing that I am submitting data on my progress to the care team on a daily basis also gives me faith that if something is amiss, the care team will notice and respond. The data tracking feature has also been interesting to review.
There have been a few minor technical issues like app crashes on my iPhone, but this has not been disabling.
This is my third time recovering from a major surgical procedure and I have felt, by far, more supported and cared for by the hospital and physicians through this app. I can see why they are using this platform.

Needs work
Great idea, poor implementation. Canβt check off exercises as go along, must either complete all or none, nothing in between. Very quirky on iPhone, canβt really do much. Not sure if any better than providing printed copies of exercises.
Ice Cold
This app freezes a lot! Especially when you need to record daily pain level.
