First walk done I expected the pace of music would vary to expected pace of walk so maybe a bit slower for a gentle warm up or cool down
Few days later
Well Having stuck with this app a bit longer I’m now enjoying it although not sure that it’s worth the full annual premium so am doing the month premium at moment to see how it goes for next few weeks
You do need to explore all the options to get the most out of it maybe a practice session to start with a demo would be helpful to help newbie to understand their options eg changing trainer / music etcShow lesssquadgey

I thought paying would give you a fun variety of work-out plans. Sadly it is super limited. So if you want to work on speed vs distance or a combo... You have to do it outside the app. Your phone can track as well (if not better as it covers the day for overall distance). You can link it to your phone to capture that data but why? There is just one walk program at 3 levels and a free walk. I don’t use their music selection as I have my own. Maybe I am missing out on the appeal. The only nice thing is sometimes it says speed up to remind you to add bursts of cardio.Show lessSAHWalks

You can’t even get past first page without signing up with financial info.
Yes you get a free trial period, but I dislike these as I’ll forget to cancel.

This app is awesome!! After getting my SLJoint injection for my back I was ready to go! I chose the intermediate level and followed it faithfully!! I just put in my earbuds and off I went! This app is super easy to follow and understand. I began I March of last year and by June I had walked off 40lbs. My weight was 174 when I started plus I attended physical therapy three days a week! I chose to walk every single day bc we were headed to Disney World the end of May!! I was in amazing shape! Not too mention I have multiple autoimmune illnesses! Unsure how this is supposed to be a free app, when I couldn’t even continue to set up a workout plan without having a premium membership. Put in my details, clicked next then it came up with the premium subscription page. There was no remind me later or skip buttons. I used the app for two years. Last year I decided to purchased the premium membership. It worked well for a couple of months then it started to crash during workouts. I wrote customer support several times but never got the issue resolved. So I canceled my membership yesterday. Well today I was searching for a new app and noticed that I had the old app and a new version was available. So I downloaded the new version but I was unable to transfer my premium membership, so I sent another request to customer support to resolve the issue🤞🏼I hope I get an answer this time. I would rate this app higher if I didn’t have these issues.

Enjoying this Walking App
I downloaded the App with the 7 day free trial. I walked for 7 days in a row and purchased the paid membership. During my free trial I had a question and emailed the developer and they responded promptly. Sometimes I walk outside and the GPS works well. Sometimes I go the gym and walk on the treadmill. I use my own music, but I’m looking forward to trying theirs soon. The App provides daily stats for me to see how I’m improving. I’m not sure I’d be as consistent in my everyday walking without this App. It’s helping me stay motivated! I’ve had no problems at all.Show lessKaytee777

I’m only in to this by 2 days this year... while I’m walking I’d like to hear instructions at critical points, such as “warm up completed, now pick up your pace for the next three minutes” then at the end of that segment, something like “this segment ends in 10 seconds, when you hear “go” speed up to a slow jog for 1 minute....” etc At the halfway point “ you are halfway and so far you have covered x miles! Keep it!!” I don’t like having to stop, look at the timer and then decide to change, not change my pace... maybe I need a different program?Show lessGypsyma2
Charged without notice
Really unhappy to have been charged about $70 for the app without warning. I had agreed to the trial period (a week), I didn’t even get to use it in that time and then had money taken from my account.
