Scratch tickets
Finally added a scratch ticket scanner to the app. Now I don’t have to go to the store with a stack of 100+ crosswords every other month or so to make sure they are losers before I toss them.Lowlife253

Terrible updated app
They eliminated the really good app they had and gave us a poorly designed app. If I win anything, the message just states “results are not available “ . It can take several hours to tell me $ I have won. It no longer highlights the numbers I have correctly chosen. I select my own numbers and like to see what #s won directly in my ticket. This poor app makes the lottery look like they don’t know much about how to play the game.Show lessbowelvogel
They ruined this app
This used to be a good app but they ruined it. Now when you scan your tickets you can’t tell if it’s accurate. It just says not a winner. It used to show you the winning numbers, your ticket numbers and the date. That way you see if it is actually working. Now the app could be malfunctioning and you would never know it. If I could give zero stars I would.Show lessejmyers
Absolutely Ridiculous
Like all the other reviews said, they screwed the pooch on their apps so they can track and sell your information. This is disgusting that if I want to just check my ticket I have to provide ALL OF MY INFORMATION. I’m almost shocked that they didn’t ask for a social security number.
Not only is their app stealing your information but even after I filled out and created an account it says that it’s locked and I need to contact a customer support person. Really glad that these vultures are allowed to operate a gambling app that is now going to further target you.

BEWARE TOTAL SCAM!!!
Wow! You are now forcing users to create an account and make it a requirement to give an email, home address, phone number, dob, gender!? Are you going to run a credit check? What’s even more insane is you force users to log in every time to scan a ticket and don’t even give the results. I’m guessing you probably added some sniffing software as well on the app to get some money of data collections. DONT GET THIS APP!Show lessManga avatar dress up
New points for prizes
Apps easy to use, get to scan my tickets and apparently now I get points even for losing tickets. Been racking up points with all my losing tickets, After reading the reviews sounds like everyone’s deleting the app, hopefully that means I’ll be able to get something good but I probably won’t lolmamacvt
Ridiculous!
I just deleted the app when I discover that you now need to supply a bunch of personal information in order to scan a ticket! The old version was great and provided a very simple user experience to check the tickets and view the winning numbers. Why require all this information and force people to sign in to simply check the ticket. Going back to using the web site or in-store kiosks.Show lessSbrozini
Fix the update!
This was a good app before the update now it is absolutely terrible since the update. You are now required to create an account to check tickets not sure what the logic behind that is. I think they ask for more info than needed to create account but even when I tried to create an account I keep getting an error “Unexpected server error please contact player services”. Do not recommend until they fix this app and maybe put it back the way it was.Show lessAJ038
Useful app made useless
I don’t play very often but every once in a while I figure I can afford to throw a couple of bucks at it when there’s a large jackpot. This app used to be a convenient way to quickly check your ticket. I guess there’s been some changes to the app since last I used it so that you now have to create and account just to check your ticket. Makes absolutely no sense. I don’t have to ID myself when I walk into a store and ask them to check the ticket. Basically they took all of the convenience out of the app in favor of personal data collection.
