WORST APP EVER!!!!!
I tried booking a flight to Miami and two days before my flight. I get an email telling me that I have to verify my identity and send a picture of my license and the front and back of my card which is already weird when I call to ask what’s going on with that they tell me that my card was declined and that it’s going to be $360 to rebook my flight that I originally paid $102 for. after I told him I was not going to spend $360 because nobody emailed me telling me that my card was declined. The only thing that I got was an email confirming my booking and the other one trying to verify my identity. They told me that they do not do cancellations or refunds when I messaged frontier about it. They had no information about me ever booking the flight at all, and they were not aware that I even booked it thankfully I canceled my card and got my money back but beware do not book from here. Business Tickets are Economy
Bait and switch!!!!! I needed to get business class tickets. I selected business class for my search. The prices seemed pretty good for business class compared to when I search the airlines directly. I decided to book. The booking took me to a website called eBooking. I double checked the dates, times, and airports were all correct and filled in all passenger’s info. Paid for the flights and the confirmation showed all tickets were economy seats!!! I called the 800# for the 24 hour help line, no one ever answered. I immediately froze my credit card to keep the charge from going through.

TrustFares is a SCAM
This app is great, but DO NOT book through TrustFares. They are a SCAM, after I booked they changed all my flights and charged me extra and wouldn’t let me cancel. It was a complete nightmare. I wrote a negative review on Google and they called me 3 times a day to saying they wouldn’t give me my itineraries unless I deleted my review. I had to call the airlines directly and they said TrustFares had put their contact info in place of mine so that I wouldn’t receive my tickets. SKETCHY!Show lessKeriHerman
These people are ripping everyone off!!
I am absolutely done with this app. If I could rate it lower or report these people I would! We’ve tried booking numerous flights through them in the past three days. Every time we do, we get a call from India telling us we have to cancel our flight, and they inform us that they have another flight available, but SIGNIFICANTLY more in cost. The first flight we booked, they called and said it was overbooked, then they got a scheduled on another flight, then called back and said that they had to cancel our tickets for that flight, the third flight they booked us on was the first flight we originally booked. That was the last straw. The guy didn’t speak english, got extremely rude and just hung up on me! I will not be using them again!Show less!Rip off!
Dangerous

Up charge call the next day
I got 3 calls today for 3 of the flights I booked yesterday. Instead of getting my tickets finalized, I got told everything was booked and to pay an additional $200, $190, and $100 accordingly for my flights. I was told there were no more seats on in the class I bought so I had to upgrade my seat. I explained that I see seats for the same flights and times with the airlines on the airline’s website. They told me it wouldn’t work, not true! I was able to get all three flights at better prices on the airline’s website than with this app. Why not be honest about the up charge in the first place. I have asked for my money back but they’re refusing to give me a refund so I had my credit card cancel it since I got new tickets.Show lessUp Charged
Scam
An absolute bait-and-switch con job. I twice tried to buy a ticket from this app, but it turns out that what you’re buying isn’t really a ticket, it’s more like a “bid” on one. They don’t actually seem to be selling the tickets themselves, but rather “promotional offers” that end up being rejected by the airline after you buy it. So, I thought I was buying a bona-fide airline ticket (twice, because I thought maybe the first time was a glitch or a fluke), and then a few hours later (or maybe even the next day) they’ll send you an email saying “your booking is on hold, you must call us to fix it”, and then when you call them to “fix” it they say “oh the airline rejected your bid, here are a bunch of other fares we have instead thar are at least twice as much” as you were looking to originally spend. Travel Makers through this app is a scam
I booked my flight through this site and was routed to travel makers . Us. After waiting five days and still having no confirmation I started doing my research and found it that this happens to multiple people so I had to contact Wells Fargo fraud department. Once the company finally booked my flight they had to charge me 30 more dollars than the quoted price but when they sent you the confirmation email they won’t give you a price so that they can increase it. Many more people have been scammed out of thousands of dollars or more as they need a last minute flight because this doesn’t get booked. Just google travel maker, scams, and read.Show lessWesty2861
Great app bad 3rd parties
This app is amazing, we will never buy tickets elsewhere. HOWEVER, fare buddies needs to be taken off your app immediately.
They are scammers and have royally screwed us this trip. They claimed tickets weren’t priced right when we booked 4 so we cancelled. Then booked again 2 and 2 instead of all 4 tickets.
They then proceeded to up our ticket prices $150 a piece and I refused and so they “stuck a discount” and then claimed they couldn’t cancel these and that they’d charge our card anyways. The airline did not have a reservation so they lied.Show lessajfbroenfisnsnc
Unethical Business Practices
I booked a flight yesterday and was presented a confirmation number. I was then called and text today that my flight was not actually confirmed until ticketed and that I needed to call support. The third-party that I ticket was sold to just called FareHut. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to either change my flight or pay more money for the same flight. They had booked yesterday, allegedly. When I asked for a refund, they continually tried to justify an alternative solution, all of which cost additional money from the paid price yesterday. I was told that it was a promotional price and they had run out of tickets and the price was up because as I could see online if I searched, the price had gone up today.
