Does not send OTP to American numbers
SMS not sending to US number
FAIL!!!
Tried deleting and uninstall, no change. Made worst by hvg all credit card details wiped out. Could not “reinsert”.
Called hot line, sent feedback, all to no avail. Hotline will push from one to another and loop until the call drop. Feedback? Sound of silence.
I understand that software may have hiccups. But that is why the human come into the picture. Obviously the human aspects failed miserably.
I would have given negative stars but the lowest was one star.

Non Singapore number? Don’t bother
Doesn’t handle exceptions well and missing features
However, two key features are missing: 1) a timer showing an updated ETA (the current timer only shows the ETA from the time the driver accepts the booking) 2) ability to share ride status and ETA in a real-time web app
Most critically, the app doesn’t handle exceptions well. For example, if the driver cancels the app doesn’t allow you to rebook using the same payment method as it thinks it’s being used for another booking. This is a strange design decision.
