Change the Logo

I know you planned it long ago etc etc but you just have to change the logo. It sits horribly with current events.

Does not send OTP to American numbers

Can’t use the app because of this.

SMS not sending to US number

Here for business for 45 days and the app would not send an SMS message to US (+1) phone number to complete the setup. Had to Use the Grab APP which is very good.

FAIL!!!

Total failure with the latest update. Cannot pair for street hail, does not recognise the places that I keyed in and could not move on to book.

Tried deleting and uninstall, no change. Made worst by hvg all credit card details wiped out. Could not “reinsert”.

Called hot line, sent feedback, all to no avail. Hotline will push from one to another and loop until the call drop. Feedback? Sound of silence.

I understand that software may have hiccups. But that is why the human come into the picture. Obviously the human aspects failed miserably.

I would have given negative stars but the lowest was one star.

Non Singapore number? Don’t bother

You will never receive your OTP even if you select the correct country for your phone number.

Doesn’t handle exceptions well and missing features

When it works it handles booking and payments well. kudos.

However, two key features are missing: 1) a timer showing an updated ETA (the current timer only shows the ETA from the time the driver accepts the booking) 2) ability to share ride status and ETA in a real-time web app

Most critically, the app doesn’t handle exceptions well. For example, if the driver cancels the app doesn’t allow you to rebook using the same payment method as it thinks it’s being used for another booking. This is a strange design decision.

App doesn’t work on iOS 15.

Says phone is jailbroken when it is not

Stopped working

App stopped working after phone was upgraded to iOS 15. Error message says phone is jail broken, which is false - and is the only app on my phone with this error message.

JSON Error

This app used to work, but for the last week I have been receiving an error “JSON could not be serialized because of error: the data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format. ” I tried deleting and reinstalling and it did not fix the error.

Can't connect

This app was usually reliable for me. Then one day in an urgent need to get somewhere I open the app and it just won't connect and pick up any addresses. Migrating to Grab now.. no point in using an app you can't rely on when in a hurry.
