Fully Integrated from Booking to Payment
They’ve really improved this app so that the entire experience is seamless from the booking of your cab to it’s tracking and final payment via credit cards or PayLah! Or NETS.

A welcome update to the old Comfort App! Was deterred from using the app due to previous bad experiences but this update is amazing! Able to concurrently book another cab for my mum while using the app myself. Also able to get rides easily and pay for street hails. Great app!

this is probably one of the most terrible apps i use. It’s function is unbelievably inconsistent and it makes me want to cry every time. also when a cab cancels on you twice and you try to book one and cancel it- the app locks and you can’t order a cab. i’ve been stuck on 1% phone battery unable to order a cab.

Horrible app
I don’t know who is the genius that though putting huge adds that cover the screen is a good idea, but the new iteration is just plain horrible. The user interface is a jumbled mess, loading times are ridiculous, the loyalty program is disruptive and difficult to sign up. Comfort should just fire the whole app development team and start from scratch.

Calendar Sync BUGGY
Calendar Sync is not only broken, but it also breaks Drop Off location selection. Can’t input destination when this happens. Fellow users can disable this feature in Settings.
Stuck in dinosaurs ages
App tells me I can get discount for the new "pay for steet hail" feature. I proceed to sign up. But it is not immediately obvious that there's an extra step whereby I have to choose the discount coupon before it is applied. UI is clunky and deliberately deceptive. I don't think Comfort Delgro realises still that they have serious competition on their hands now. 👎 Won't be fooled a second time.

Could be a lot better
It works ok when you figure it out but the location/map tech and display is awful. Someone needs to look at this app from a usability perspective.
I find that comfort drivers are, on the whole, better than most, but the world is changing and transport apps are a reflection of the company. It boils down to laziness on the part of Delgro and whoever they have developing their app. It’s an affront to loyal riders.
