Terrible app!

Waited for 7 minutes to process a booking. Seemed long so cancelled & was going to rebook but when I tried to rebook, it said I had a booking in process. Closed app and reopened, and it was processing the cancelled booking. I cancelled again, confirmed the cancellation again & tried to rebook. Again, I had an existing booking in process. Shut my phone off & restarted. The original cancelled booking was still there. Then the app says I have a driver but after 5 minutes driver is still in the same place. I called and no answer. Then my driver literally disappears and my screen is back to the EMPTY booking screen. Late for work of course!!! 😡😡😡

Newest version doesn’t work

App just updated and then I tried to open it. All I get is a message that says “Error”. Very annoying. Guess I need to use Grab. Their updates don’t have these problems. New releases should not be pushed out without testing.

System error

Trying to pay using street hire payment function. Firstly the app takes about a minute to open with a spinning wheel showing all that time. Then it says error when trying to pair the ride.

Lift your game

To the ConfortDelgro App team, lift your game. I'm trying to leave feedback via the App but the only email configuration you have set up is for it to connect with Apple's email engine. Have you seriously not heard of Gmail and Outlook?? No one uses Apple's email App!!

The feedback I was going to leave is the Pay for Streethail functional keeps crashing because I don't want to put a payment option (Cabcharge or MasterCard) I want to use PayLah but the App exits the Streethail function of you cancel the payment option pop up. Put end users before business partners and you'll find yourself doing a better job!!

New app terrible

I stuck with comfort when Uber and grab come in. Now you’re new app is so terrible I don’t even know how to book a ride. Why make it so difficult and slow? The map lags and can’t understand where the taxi is on the map; changing payment method between cash and masterpass takes too long; I can’t figure out how to enter pickup location / destination. Bad! Bad! Bad! So unhappy.

Almost daily reinstall

Besides being a great leap backwards in Appland, it’s one I try to use approx 1.5 times daily. Unfortunately it hangs so often I have to reinstall 4-5 times per week!!

Get your act together, CDG!!!

Destroyed a good thing!

What once was a world leading Taxi App has been upgraded to a dysfunctional app. The location finder is wrong a lot. It is clunky, slow and hard to use compared with its predecessor. If it were not for work charge card I would use Grab over Comfort every time. Grab App is far superior, their cars are cleaner, Drivers are more professional and competent. I feel safer in a Grab vehicle in nearly every experience so far.

Rubbish

The latest version of this app sucks.
Where the hell is advance booking? Setting something as ‘done’ (ie defining home leads one entering the home address repeatedly)
This is terrible

New App

This new app is not at all user friendly. Now it seems to take longer to get a booking and even managing my favourites doesn’t work properly. I use taxis to get to work and home every day. Now I need to look at other options that are hassle free.

Go back to the old version - it was far better.

Please go back to the old version because it was more reliable and easier to use. This new version has inferior functionality, such as the inability to use the other functions in the app while one is in the the taxi - this version only allows you to see the map and the taxi number of one’s current ride. There are other areas of this new version which are inferior compared to the previous version. This new version is terrible.
