Bugs still not fixed!

I reviewed this app a few weeks ago with hopes that the company would fix the bugs. Prebook did a taxi last night to go to the airport but the booking has disappeared from the app this morning. I called and was told I have a cab but it doesn’t show on the app and so I can’t track where the taxi is or have the phone number to call if it doesn’t show up. There isn’t even a way to cancel my booking if I wanted to! C’mon ComfortDelGro! Fix your app!!

URGHHHH!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I’m trying to stay positive and see the light of this...but you either do not care or you’re so myopic to hear what your customers have been telling since you downgraded your app to whatever this is...one that only serves to frustrate and irk your customers who have stayed loyal and supportive of your drivers. I’m afraid your non-responsiveness is regarded as dismissive... and I will prefer to start using Gojek given how well thought out and easy to use their app is. And unless you can either bring back the old app or provide us with a much better user experience ASAP, I’m afraid that Gojek will get most of my business.

Why give in to them?

This update forces you to release both you mobile number and an email address to Comfort so they can spam you in any number of ways. I have deleted the App. It is really a lot safer and simpler to ring their booking service.

New Version App

The features on the original were more helpful. Why delete the time the taxi was booked? Why do bookings drop out more often. Why is the download from the App Store so difficult and in so many cases unsuccessful. I now ring taxis again - turning the clock back 5 to 7 years

Big step backwards

New app is a big step backwards. Navigation is difficult for example getting back to the main menu once a booking is confirmed. My credit card and favorites all info had to be re entered. The ads at the bottom are extremely annoying. Sometimes leave good enough alone and don’t try to be clever. Will likely switch to grab simply because the app is more intuitive.

What have you done to this app???

I am unable to determine the status of my booking after I have made it. There seems to be no record of it.

Worst taxi app I have ever used.

New app worse than old one

The old app worked almost ok. New app seems harder to navigate. Upgrade removed all favourite addresses, and since last update keeps crashing. With a new operator arriving in SG this seems to be a bad move.

Poor UI

Poor UI. Unable to organize favorites in the main page. Forces you to set a home and office.

Good Upgrade But Can Be Much Better

I liked the overall feel and appearance of the App. Having real-time progress of during your journey is an added plus. But seriously, please get the app designers to work on the glitches. Trying to choose your favourite journey cannot be made as it hangs in that screen and I have to restart the App. Adding places as favourites hangs as well. Read the frustrations of other reviewers.... don’t let these problems cloud the better look and functionality of your upgrade.

Terrible design

This new version was not well thought out. Among other things, there is no way to view an already scheduled advanced booking. Now, I’m paranoid that the booking didn’t go through and my taxi won’t show up in time to take me to the airport. I’m going to use another service until they add back the ability to view your scheduled bookings (like in the old version).
