SCAM
Beware! This app is scamming people. I requested a maid, they charged upfront, 20 minutes later it gave me a message stating that no one was in my atrae and that they will process me a refund. 2 weeks later, I checked my bank account and this people had taken the funds out of my bank and never refunded me. Then I emailed them asking to refund, they immediately posted on the app that they sent a person named “Alba” that she was at my door and a second after another message “Albahas finished the service, please rate her service” when no one came to my house, nor provided any service. Then received emailed them back complaining, and then I get an email back from an Armenian woman apologizing and to see an attaché ent to her email…. No attachment was attached… go figure!!!!Show lessEvelynN83
Shop around for other apps
After downloading the app I ordered their service. At first seemed great cleaner was set up to come and was supposed to arrive soon after I ordered. 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive I had to contact customer service. Cleaner was a no show and if I had not contacted them I never would have been informed they were not coming. They also charge you before the cleaner ever shows up. Now I’m stuck in the fun position of maybe getting my 200$ in 3-5 business days after staying home all day for a no show. I suggest using task rabbit or another app they at least show up. - just an update they never refunded my money. Maid never showed up and now I have to deal with disputing this with my credit card company.Show lessCptJohnD
Great service
i ordered a cleaning a few weeks ago found this business through a friend and there customer service was great. Elizabeth made it easy for me to book a cleaning and kept me updated on my maids arrival. + my place looked great my maid was very good i would recommend gladys for your next cleaning.Mishkaliz
Convenient but low quality
I have requested the maid because my regular crew was busy for that day. I checked everywhere after she left and it was dirty. It says that everything what have surface would be cleaned but no. It was all dirty. The bathroom was not even cleaned. She cleaned only inside of the toilet but not around. I was sick that day and was not able to control her and just trusted that she could do a good job. But I was very disappointed. Next day I cleaned everything myself. It does not worth the money I spent. It cost me 140$ for 1 bedroom and it was wasting of money. usually my crew comes 3 people for just 70$ and make an amazing job I do not even need to point them out where to clean. I can’t express enough how pleased I am to have Maidsapp service, I get my place cleaned once a week, each time they’ll go above and beyond and surpass my expectations, price quotes are reasonable and maids are phenomenal. Convenient and easy.
Used this app recently for small house cleaning. App is really easy to use, affordable prices, ordered deep cleaning and was happy with result.. I might use it also for regular cleaning because working whole day and just want to relax on weekend ..they can come within an hour, so you shouldn’t plan it ahead.Show lessRuziRuzi

One and Only in LA
Hi everyone, just wanted to take a min and update with an amazing experience I had with Maidsapp. I was gone for a month and it was a disaster in my app when I got back. It took me 2 min to order a maid which was in my house already like in few hours. They use very good cleaning products, work very fast and THE MOST IMPORTANT noting was missing after them.
