Best bank, best customer support and service

I truly love how EVERYTHING with N26 is fast and easy and I feel I trust my bank 100%! The customer service is incredibly quick and high standart! THANK YOU N26

Glitches appearing here and there

There are more noticeable glitches with the app now. There’s an obvious lag when typing while I’m getting Customer Support, some buttons like “Order a new card” are completely unresponsive and even ordering an extra card keeps timing out. This led me to reach out to customer support via my desktop and they were great but it just sucks that I wasn’t able to self serve myself this time.

Easy to get, easy to use.

Exceptional

Have been using this for almost 2 years.
Amazing system with sleek designs. Easy real time transactions and have never had a problem with questions being answered promptly. Other bank apps I compared were run in Eastern European countries which made me suspicious about stability.
N26 is German owned and run.

Not able to take new clients

They have run out of capacity, putting people in a waiting list because the German regulator doesn’t allow them to take new clients.
But their very bad customer service does not say that.
I was a client, I wanted to change from standard to business, a live agent on chat suggested to close and reopen the account since there is no way to do the switch and here I am, stuck in the waiting list!
Never again!

Worst worst service

Abysmal and poorly trained, not sure how they can call themselves a bank. Nothing but problems and carelessness. If you don’t mind their so called support just looking everything up and cutting and pasting the robot answer — which if it was accurate you wouldn’t need to waste your time on support chat — well then be my guest. Huge disappointment and I expect little from e-banks so that’s really saying something! To flee.

Horrible Security, they will not help you!

I was robbed €1800 from my account through a fraud posing as DHL. I called N26 the moment it happened and froze my account immediately. They gave me very little assistance and ended up turning down my request, stating that because I had my phone paired with my account I was responsible. You would have better security burying your savings in a hole in the ground! DO NOT use this bank, I am currently switching to a bank that will have better security and coverage for these horrible cases of fraud that can occur.
