  • App doesn’t work

    I don’t know if I’m the only one but I can never even get into the app. It freezes on the screen that asks me if I want to accept cookies and doesn’t go any further. I have tried to delete and reinstall hoping that would help but nothing has. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Since all the lane Bryant stores closed by me I don’t have much of an option other than to buy online and that doesn’t work. Don’t want to leave LB but it’s looking like I may not have another choice.

  • Not Easy to Navigate

    I love LB but I hate this App and the online site. I find a bra that I love and want the coordinating panties. I add the bra to my cart and then have to search for the panties, sometimes finding them, sometimes not. Why is there not a link with the matching panties somewhere with the bra?? It’s so frustrating trying to find the panties. If not a link, maybe put matching panties item number in the details section. Make it easier for us to spend our money lol. I got so frustrated this morning because I couldn’t find the matching panties I just gave up and left the app with 5 bras and only one pair of panties to match. PLEASE fix this.

    I will say I read a review with the same issue from 4 years ago. Do you not care for your customers satisfaction and ease of shopping? 🤔

  • Extremely Slow - Faster to walk to nearest store.

    It will be far faster to just use the website—and that’s saying a lot because sometimes the website gets awfully slow as well. There’s also no biometric log-in integration, and multiple times I have lost all the items when my shopping cart mysteriously empties. Two stars because after much time and effort, I was finally able to complete a transaction. But you’d think they’d make it easier for us to give them our money. What a pain!

  • Frustrating quirks

    This app is so frustrating. 1.) the back arrow at the top is now so far up that it’s extremely difficult for me to get my phone to register that I’m touching it. And 2.) When you are looking at a long list of items, open one, and then hit back, it takes you back to the bottom of the first set viewable before you have to hit “load more.” So I may have “loaded more” 5 times, but every time I open something and go back I have to redo it all and re-find where I was. PLEASE FIX THIS. I have actually given up shopping several times because I find this so frustrating.

  • Love LB but hate the app

    This app glitches more than smarmy mobile game. Every time I use this app I just want to pull my hair out it constantly freezes, it’s slower than dial up, it undoes all the filters everyone you click to view a product. It constantly empties the basket for no reason! The craziest thing is it wasn’t always this horrible…I’m just so disappointed because I love shopping at LB in person but I can’t always shop in store. Sincerely hope y’all fix this

  • App is useless

    I have the latest iPhone and all my apps work. My phone is pretty much brand new, so my phone is not the issue. The LB app is laggy, the back button never registers straight away, have to tap about 15 times, scrolling is very intermittent. Sometimes it will scroll smoothly and sometimes it just stops. The button to view more products doesn’t register input taps straight away, takes multiple taps. It makes shopping extremely annoying and aggravating, to the point I have stopped shopping at LB altogether. The torrid app is almost perfect and I never have any issues. How LB are still in business is beyond me. On top of their app issues, the clothes they are designing are awful.

  • Latest Update is Horrible

    I’ve been shopping at Lane Bryant - through the app- for a few years now. The latest update is horrible- it does not keep me logged in and it will not keep items in my shopping bag. I go through the process of logging back in- even though I checked the “remember me” box and my shopping bag is empty. I’ve left items in my shopping bag for years now and then made my purchase. I do not like using the wish list - in order to put it in the shopping bad I have to reselect the size. Also the app freezes often now- I have to go to another app and then come back in order to go back to shopping. Bring back the other version!

  • Why fix something that isn’t broken

    This week Lane Bryant changed their online shopping app. It’s so frustrating. I have to sign in every single time to shop. When browsing is I take my time, I will need to sign in again. Then anything I put in my shopping cart gets lost. I tried to send an email to LB, and there was an error in sending s as o I would need to sign in and try again. I give up. There are too many other store apps where I can shop.

  • App always crashes

    For over a I’ve had issues with this app crashing. It’s fully updated, I’ve tried it in different phones, I’ve deleted and redownloaded it, etc but it crashes off and on. It’s also incredibly frustrating when I look at an item and go back to search through the items in that same category and it starts you back at the top no matter what. I’ve literally had it in the past when I wanted to get new shirts and ended up going with a competitor simply because I was way too frustrated with the LB app and knew the competition had one that worked without issue. Why does the LB app either crash, freeze on a blank screen, or reset you to the top of the page when you’re looking through 100+ items? It’s basically useless. It also signs me out all the time.

  • SLOW app, Organize SETS together

    This app runs sooo slow, I usually give up and don’t purchase anything. The website is the same and I’m not sure why. I used to purchase a lot from here, but the slowness has gotten worse. Also, the prices are ridiculous… just saying. Just bc I’m plus-size shouldn’t mean I have to pay more. The quality of certain things has also decreased.
