  • Not very user friendly

    Your app is not very user friendly. It also enlarged EVERYTHING, my keyboard, my menus... A bit strange. It's very hard to navigate the app. I didn't know whether to list this as technical support or a complaint. It's both. I love shopping with you but this app is just dreadful. It constantly empties my cart and removed my favorites even when logged in. It's like a browser inside an app, which is only being used as a frame. I've had this app for quite some time and am surprised you haven't fixed it due to all the complaints.

  • It's just a wrapper for the web store

    Poor design - the "app" is just a wrapper around an integrated safari instance which loads the standard web store. This is not a native app written to make shopping there easier or quicker and adds zero features beyond the site. In fact, it is several times slower to load everything. The poor design choice continues by having the wrapper look similar to the website... so you get this confusing double menu strip which reduces the viewable space. Oh, and the resolution is jacked up higher so there is already less useable screen space.

    Do yourself a favor and just use the site...

  • Terrible App

    This app is awful to use. You have the Lane Bryant rewards strip at the top, then the Lane Bryant strip under that.. then we have the search bar and then the sort/filter option. THEN we have today’s deals on the bottom and the “back to top” button. This leaves about an inch and a half of space to view products. And that’s for a large smart phone. If you want an app to be functional, then people need to be able to actually use it. Get rid of all of the extras and let us look at clothes. The back button usually kicks me all the way back to the home page instead of the main page of my search that I just started. VERY frustrating trying to use this app.

  • Needs major overhaul

    As a Premier cardholder, we should be able to access our reward coupons via the app just like the Gap/Athleta/Old Navy card. Show the digital reward and it’s applied instantly, no more waiting for it to arrive in the mail 4-6 weeks later.

    Lousy app, not user friendly at all, I’d give it zero stars if possible. I'm pretty much an exclusive online shopper and this leaves me no option but to shop elsewhere. I'll keep checking for updates in hopes that y'all are able to fix things, until then I'll be elsewhere.

  • Better organization

    I have one small pet peeve with the app / LB’s website. I go to Lane Bryant primarily for the excellent lingerie (please bring back the soft satiny pink floral and lace chemise from summer 2017, btw! So comfortable but pretty and sexy, I’d buy three in other colors). It bugs me how complicated they make it to find coordinating panties for bras. You find a bra. Then you have to leave the bra page, go to the panties page, and search for matching panties, sometimes through dozens of options before you find what you’re looking for. Please make it so when you select a bra and color, you can see links to coordinating panties. It would make online shopping so easy. Not to mention sell more. If there is a pattern or color I love, I am likely to buy it in every cut and style of panties you make, but only if it’s easy to find. So in the store I can find them all easily, but online it’s a chore. If I have to hunt online just to find one coordinating pair, I’ll stop with one.

  • Disaster

    The app is so bad on so many levels!

    There’s way too many flashing distractions; live chat, sales and offers scrolling through every two seconds, plus it takes a ridiculously long time to load anything you click on. Further, the zoom feature isn’t zoomy enough, the back arrows don’t generally take you to where you want to be - every back arrow click means reloading the entire page, not the last image or area you landed on - it is mind numbingly slow and frustrating to work with. Easier to boot up the laptop and go to the website. This app is cumbersome and not user friendly in the least.

  • So so at best 2 1/2 stars

    If you are using this solely for the purpose of paying your bill, viewing your statement/transactions, checking rewards points & using your digital LB card in the store. For shopping purposes through the app it's hit or miss sometimes things can be added to your cart & you can check out seamlessly (if you have your physical LB card info because ridiculously it will not let you use the digital LB card for shopping through the app). This app need work because it is not user friendly and I have been using for over 2 years.

  • Keep me logged in!

    With everything requiring a password why can't this app have the option of keeping you logged in? It is always a hassle to make payments because it takes so long to remember my password! Furthermore, if this is the credit card app, why do I have to go through so many tabs to get to it, it should either go straight to a hub that has all your card information with options to make a payment, view recent transactions, etc or create a button for it straight on the home page.

  • Needs Improvement BAD!

    Don't waste your time downloading this app. I read the reviews & ignored them, now I regret it. This app is extremely slow, I'm able to go through Google and pull up the same thing and it runs 20x's faster. It also doesn't keep things in your bag like it's suppose to. I placed a dress in my bag & by the time I completed checkout it told me they had discontinued it & the item was sold. Please work on making sure an item that has been placed in someone's bag can not be sold to another person. I'm deleting the app and will continue to shop through the website on my phone's browser instead.

  • Crash and Burn

    Ever since the "upgrade", the app crashes each time you add something to the shopping cart. It wasn't perfect to begin with, but at least it worked? Whoever Lane Bryant hired as developers, they apparently do not know about beta testing an app for flaws or how to fix flaws.

    In the meantime, I'm stuck either trying to order from the website or go to the store and have them order. Either way, it's a hassle to order from them, and most times you have to order cause the stores have VERY limited stock.
