Where'd all the screen space go?
I used to use the app regularly to shop and browse. Today I opened it up to see what you had on special, and I couldn't do anything to to see the merchandise! The pictures were slow to load, the LB app banner took up space, then the LB store banner took up more space, and then the constant annoyance of the feedback flag on the side kept popping out. Get rid of all of it!!!! The job of the app is to allow customers to browse easily while on the go, but you sure aren't making it easy in the least bit!!! I even filled out the feedback flag just to make it go away, but noooooo. It was there again as soon as I try to go back to browsing. Go back to the older app versions. They weren't perfect, but they were a heck of a lot better than this sorry state of the app.Show lessCarrick1308
Aweful
Slow, slow, slow...then catches up with itself and opens things you don't want. After spending too much time on this app I finished shopping, filled my bag, had some crazy technical issues with logging in, password changes, account information deleted and re-entered and then deleted again, stored payment cards deleted and re entered it then deleted everything in my bag. You lost a sale. You should get someone to fix your app if you actually want people to shop and spend money.Show lessPK10KD
APP IMPROVED!
I see many negative reviews for this app, however I've learned over a period of time "how to" navigate through it. I like it especially for the specials and payments. It's quick and easy once you learn to work it. I love the quiet ability to see my points, certificates and how much I'm spending. Been using this app for over a year. I'd like to suggest to developer to make this app easier to find in the App Store. Otherwise, keep up the improvements and thank you for what you've done this far!Show lessReneeLannaman1
Losing customers
Slow, clunky, poorly designed. The pictures are slow to load, even on a fast wifi connection, and they shift and resize on each page as they load.
Takes forever to navigate through the clothes if you want to see them up close, and it doesn't even zoom in enough to see the details clearly. When you click an item to see the details, it's a full 4-5 seconds before the pictures finish loading and allow you to swipe through them to view.
After viewing the item, hitting the back arrow to get back to the search results takes you to the top of the page, instead of the item you were on. Then you have to wait another few seconds for the page to load, as the giant headers flicker and resize as they load (dizzying), before you can (very slowly) scroll down to the item you were on.
Also, what's up with the two giant sized Lane Rewards headers and oversized iPhone clock, battery, wifi stuff up top? It's odd, distracting, and takes up most of the screen - allowing very little space to see the clothes. Which is kind of the whole purpose of the app.
Uninstalled app. If this were my company, I would take this app down until the bugs are worked out. It's hurting your image.
The Website is slow too and has its own set of user experience issues. Shopping somewhere else with a better mobile interface.Show lessAtl-Kbx
