Wish it was compatible with Apple Watch

The app is amazing especially when you don’t have to use a physical key card but the one thing I wish is if it was compatible with the Apple Watch because it’s so much more easier than putting all your stuff down (if your hands are full) and reaching for your phone when you can just tap with your Apple Watch but the app is still very useful and I hope they can add Apple Watch support.

What a load of rubbish , very dangerous in a fire situation to be pissing around trying to get the bloody door open , absolutely rubbish app , doesn’t work

Needs Support for Apple Watch

App works as intended. Can be a bit slow sometimes it that comes with the territory. They need to add Apple Watch support. I would love to be able to not have to have my phone when taking out the trash and needing to get back into my place. Please do this.

Extremely unreliable

Just IN mobile is used at my apartment complex in Austin Texas and is CONSISTENTLY offline and unavailable to be used for long periods of time repeatedly….

Causing extreme frustrations when you’d think you could rely on its sole purpose of acting as a digital key to unlocked access to your housing

UI /UX is horrible

It works, but there is no user guidance, instructions or tutorial. A little tutorial would go a long way. The ui is very bad to. For example having to split one pin across 2 text input fields, and they don’t even look like text boxes so you have to guess

“Couldn’t get key”

I don’t see anyone talking about this but I put all the Information correct and all I get is a little message saying “couldn’t get key” with no further information. What do I do now?

Fine app but announces widgets that don’t seem available on iOS

As of iOS 17.5.1, when attempting to add a widget, there is still no option to add JustIn mobile.

I’m unsure if this is due to the nature of my pass, but usually if that were the case the widget would be available but null.

Anywho, the app works well to unlock/access things.

However, this review is more a feedback to the app develops there should be more quality control/verifications on completed before announcing new functions.

My grandma hates me

My grandmother made me download this app to get into the family business and I couldn’t use it because it’s not working for me so she wrote me out of the will and wrote my brother Bryan into the will I HATE BRYAN he thinks he’s so much better than me because he has a wife and kids and he doesn’t spent 7 hours on bumble well guess what? I DO!! one star.
