This app is garbage
Anything to do with find fuel is complete garbage. A company as large as comdata should be ashamed to have their name attached to this app. It is the most non user friendly app I’ve ever used to find fuel of any kind. As a truck driver that will run possibly thousands of miles on a particular run, not being able to search for fuel along a route is absolutely ridiculous. The app is slow slow to load fuel prices you can’t even scan through the map from city to city. It’ll lock after the first swipe or two and and lock up the screen while it searches that area. Total garbage. It wouldn’t take much to be better but they should fire their IT staff and start over. Any IT department that accepts this isn’t worth keeping. This app is worthless
Every time I try to use it to find fuel prices, it either says it can’t find location or just sits there on the gear spinning. I have literally been sitting at a truck stop on the fuel network and it will not be able to find any locations for fuel. It is about worthless. Maybe once a week it might work. This is very frustrating as I can’t find the best fuel deals along my route. Fix your app ComData. It’s worthless. You have the technology, the money to hire people who know what their doing, and here we are with an app that’s junk, phone system that takes a masters degree to navigate, and most of your staff that we are required to talk to barely speak or understand English. You used to be the best fuel cards out there, but you have gone so far downhill there’s almost no hope of you getting any better.Show lessSqueakyTrucker
Worst App on My Phone
This app is completely useless. If you need fuel and you’re using Comdata, you BETTER look at your fuel stops a day or 2 in advance because this app takes sometimes over a minute to load all the truck stops on the map. But then, don’t zoom in or out, because now your timer starts all over again. REALLY!! And that’s WITH 4 Bars AND on 5G+. Who uses Map Quest anymore?! C’mon man…get with the times or sell the company to someone that is up to date and cares about their customers.Show lessJabows
Doesn’t work
This app is very slow at best. Most of the time it won’t load the map, fuel stations or prices. You’re stuck with a blank loading screen. When the map does load the location search function only works a fraction of the time and usually freezes up the whole app.AFMTmom
COM data card
I think Comdata needs to update your system for their cards to work properly. When you are driving a semi out on the roads review rely on Comdata to get your fuel prices and when it is not working you are stuck. Cell you guys need to get with the good times and the 2022 series Internet 5 G
That or we’re gonna start calling the main corporate office asking them to find us fuel stops. So if we all start calling them having them to do our work that they should be doing in the first place and upgrading their systems maybe I’ll work. The app is soo flaky that i has to restart my phone just to write this review in the App Store. The deposit button appears and disappears randomly making it hard to send money to your account. Apparently no one at Comdata gives enough of a care to assist you in anyway. Currently looking for other forms of fuel cards.Show lesspara mi gente
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work but maybe one day every few weeks it might show something for the most part you would think no one took Comdata. You would think a company as big as Comdata could atleast build an app that worked. Something like this says a lot about how a company views there customersDubya2000
Horrible
The app is broke. I would give no stars if I could. It won’t allow you to check your balance so you can transfer funds. So it force you to call them direct then they charge your account per transaction over the phone. This is such a money hussle it’s ridiculous.Roabust
The app has stopped working...again.
It’s been over a year since Comdata had the app down for months. Then it worked again for a short time, but as soon as I installed the new update, that was the end of that, and things returned to normal, meaning it doesn’t work. Once I log in, it gets stuck in an infinite loop and serves as a screen saver featuring a spinning circle of death. I’d really like to meet one of Comdata’s IT techs, if only for curiosity to learn what exactly it is they do there.Show lessMarsBar3736
