  • Poorly designed app

    Works infrequently. If it wasn’t required by my employer, I’d have deleted it already. Although you can see previous transactions and current balance, the screen is grayed out and you see a spinning wheel. If you see that, you might as well close it, that’s all you get. One in maybe 15-20 attempts might be successful, not sure what makes a difference though. But if it’s going to work, it won’t be grayed out.
    To make transactions you have to call them using the number on the card. You can not rely on this app.
    Two years since an update? What company is this indifferent to their users? Oh yes, banks. Never mind.

  • NO DEPOSIT

    The app allows you to long and and check for cheap fuel options but when it comes to moving money from your contacts card to a bank account or drafting a check it's a no go it just loads and loads andddddddddd loads you can see the amount of cash on the card but you can't do anymore than see your money moving it

  • Useless

    It worked for awhile but now hasn’t worked for months. It doesn’t load. I can see the screen I want to access but it’s grayed out behind a spinning progress wheel and I finally have to abandon and move to the phone menu via the Comdata card because the app doesn’t boot-up

    It’s broken! At the time of this writing it hasn’t been updated for two years? Why don’t you guys fix it or remove it?

  • Not working aswell anymore

    I’ve used this app for quitesome time now and it had never gave me problems like its been doing the past month. For some reason it doesn’t open. I have tried rebooting it, resetting, powering phone on and off deleting app and reinstalling and nothing has worked. I am very bummed because this app really makes it easier for me. Please fix it so it works on my ios device again.

  • Great app

    I’m giving it one star because I cannot check my balance, I received an email stating that there is an updated version and it’s not updated. I’ve used this app and it works great until sometime in December 2018 it stopped working, calling to check your balance will charge, so I haven’t checked my balance since the app hasn’t worked.

  • Wish there were minus stars

    App doesn’t work at all. If you see people have multiple complaints why don’t you fix it? Only worried about taking money from hard worker who are trying to make ends meet and you have the audacity to have excessive fees for the simplest task with a crappy (I really want to curse) service. Do better and stop stealing

  • Epic Fail.

    The app has not allowed any login from my iPhone since the end of December 2019. Nothing has been done to correct the problem by ComData. Many users still have the same problem. The app has not been updated or maintained in approx 2 years. Many drivers have to call in to the automated service in order to move money. ComData charges for the services after the third transaction or function. All charges should be waived until they get the app fully functional again. I’ve tried everything possible. All tricks and methods have been exhausted. Customer service is a waste of time.

    Think they need to work out bugs?, you think they don’t know or can’t fix the issues? LOL they know 100% but won’t fix it, why? They can’t seem to want to give up all those extra fees by the phone calls, they don’t like free.. so know that 50% of effort is free, the other 50% will be bent over paying them..

    Was working fine for the first 13 months until just before Christmas, but now it locks up when you try to log in. Search for fuel around area works, initial login page works, but when you enter password and hit login it freezes and you can’t see anything but the spinning wheel on the screen. What is the use of having a business app to keep track of money on a Corporate Card when you can’t log in, and their only suggestion is to talk to my carrier. Had same problem with the Motel app as well, before this problem. Now, it works but not the fuel card app.
