  • Terrible

    I came from using the EFS card to the ComData card. Hate this card. To difficult to set up accounts to do transfers. Transfers are difficult because it really doesn’t list it as a “bank transfer”. Now it’s the 23rd of December and the mobile app is “under maintenance until the 26th” according to customer service rep. So, NO ONE can get to their money. Nice way to screw people over. I’ll be glad to get rid of this card, my company is going to the EFS card January 2019. Good riddance!!!!

  • Terrible App!!!

    I’m a commercial driver and I downloaded this app to direct deposit my check to my bank account. The very first time I used the FleetAdvance app to transfer my money I followed the prompts and the app stated that my transfer was a success. I attempted to open the app the next day and it wouldn’t allow me to access my account.
    I would not refer this app to anyone until the maker resolves the malfunctioning issues taking place within it first. In my humble opinion it’s a waste to even download!

  • Utter useless

    After asking both my employer and trying to call Comdata for support (which they will charge you for) the app still is stalling. Sent an email asking for support, no answer.
    My recommendations to employers who are looking to go to this ‘system’, take into consideration what value you place onto your employees, also look at the last update to this app over 2 yrs ago. This ‘system’ charges money to account holders (aka employees)from transferring money to making calls to inquire about balance or even asking questions on account issues.

  • It works well enough for me

    After reading the other 1-star reviews, I wonder if we are using the same app. As an O/O, I want to save file dollars when I can and I’ve used this app for more than a year. I have had connection issues when I was in poor cell coverage, but not so much when I was in good coverage.

    Yes, I have had to learn to be more patient than I usually am, but it does the job well enough to ear four stars. If they improved the data transfer and smoothed out the GUI a bit, I might add the 5th star. I believe they will soon have to as Apple makes their security more robust.

    Until then, I will stick with ComData’s locator.

  • Junk-Advance

    Why bother having an app if it goes this long without fixing the most basic problems?
    You can’t even log in. I click “forgot password” and then use the new one they send, after which I create a new password. After that the new password won’t work and you have to start over. It has been like this for months. They don’t understand how to use my fingerprint scanner.

  • Crashes

    When I first used the app a year ago, worked perfectly was actually nice didn’t have to sit on hold with the company waiting from them to tell me my lumper money was available and could register a check and be done. Now all I can do is check my balance because it just sits there and does nothing. They program needs a overhaul and upgrades.

  • Spinning wheel

    I’ve had the app a few months now with no issues I have a 6 plus iPhone and all of a sudden here lately I’ve had to log in more then once to get to my information.. if I had a better option which I really do with EFS. I might go that route because comdata is Messi g up to much and too often on MY phone now.. I hadn’t opened a ticket yet but I will. It’s probably a glitch and probably simple but I don’t think it’s been updated in a year . For an app that’s too long..

  • Needs a lot of improvement, still waiting for an update it seems isn’t coming.

    This app will freeze up once you leave it idle for 10 minutes. The only way to unfreeze it is to force close it then reopen. The app is often wrong on prices especially with independent stops. It is not showing any of the “new” Love’s that have been open for at least 6 months . Seriously guys fix this app please

  • Takes forever to load

    This app should be up to speed and efficient. However it’s takes numerous tries before I’m able to make a draft for business. This is unacceptable. Please take some time to improve the app the I will return with a higher rating.
  • Horrible support

    The Customer Service Reps talk so softly they cannot be heard. They do not speak louder when you ask them to. It took me 3 weeks to get money off this horrible site because I could not get help. I must use them again and their silence on the line is bringing back so many bitter memories.

    I Hate Bill and Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Comdata. They can never fix it, and unfortunately I must use them as long as I am with my current company.
