Crap company
Nothing but problems everybody seems to be having the same issues there tech department doesn’t know there a:: from an Oreo a supervisor was supposed to call me but didn’t finally I called and asked to speak to a supervisor he didn’t know anything either. Told me I was the only person he’s heard of that can’t get logged into his account and I was told to delete app and reload it and now I can’t even get that app back on my phone I guess I’m working for free cause I can’t get MY money if I could give this company zero stars I would but I can’t submit my review unless I give it oneShow lessworking for free
WORST APP
This is by far the worst app I have ever had. Unfortunately I HAVE to use it. Someone needs to offer an alternative. Comdata ALWAYS has issues of not working and now I have money on my card yet can not transfer it. I feel that anyone who works at comdata should be forced to use this app and experience the issues us drivers which are FORCED to use. FIX YOUR ISSUES. Does Not Work Properly
They really need to get this app fixed. I've deleted and reinstalled the app twice, and all I get is loading screen.
When the app has worked in the past, it doesn't remember your login info. So once you forget your password it doesn't take you to a screen to change your password, so you are always trying to dig up old emails to try and find a generated password.
I'm really not the biggest fan of this app. It just doesn't work.Show lessThead85
Won't work on iPhone 7
App worked fine on my iPhone 6, but now the wheel just buffers on iPhone 7. This either needs to be fixed or they need to stop charging for every single thing you do over the phone!Indymomerin
Still very unreliable after update
I'm lucky if I can ever get to view my account after logging in. The majority of the time after I log in I'm stuck watching a spinning wheel for hours before the app crashes.
I don't understand how it's possible to mess up such a simple app and still not fix such a big problem even after an update.Show lessDerpStar
