Updated sign in issue
If you can’t sign in after update, you must completely uninstall the app, re-download it, and then you can sign in. I tell you this in hopes you don’t suffer the il spoken help that is comdata support. I talked with two different comdata associates and they were both rude in the 1st degree. I am disgusted by their tone and mannerisms.

Can’t login to
Since you updated I can’t login to it on my iPhone and my iPad very frustrating. I deleted it off my iPad to reinstall it but now I can’t even find the app in Apple store so that didn’t help me out at all. Tried to re-register it and it tells me you can register something that is already register so that didn’t work either. Not a happy person right now.Show lessRoxhoop
I’d give it 0 if I could
At least 75% of the time there’s issues and glitches. Right now I can’t log in to get my money even with the help of comdata AND the company. Really fed up with constant issues with comdata and going to start avoiding companies that use it. 33 years of driving, and all I can remember about comdata is even back before all these current day electronics all we ever had was issues. This company should be shut down
It should be illegal for such a terrible company to be put in charge of someone else’s money you would think someone in a third world country using a flip phone made this app more then likely it isn’t up to you wether or not you need this app though to access your money but hopefully your manager will read this and choose a different company.Show less1119876FDis
Delete app & reinstall
I give it 5 stars, not because it's worthy of 5 stars, but to catch your attention. I was having the same issues others were having... I had to re-enter everything, then it would still never log in. I deleted the app and started over with a fresh download. Problem solved... For now. If this is a consistent solution, it's ridiculous that Comdata doesn't notify everyone on the home screen of the app. Oh wait... That would be an admission that their app is crap.Show lessbcojoe

When it works it’s great. Otherwise you are guessing and wasting money. Probably the most used app on my phone and the most frustrating.

Cannot log in after update!
After app update today, my card and log in data was gone! Re-entered cards. When prompted to enter user ID and password, it will not even log in. Just getting a spinning wheel now! Tried using an incorrect password and still getting only a spinning wheel. Hope this is fixed promptly. Will update rating if and when it gets fixed!Show lessThomas Wills
Fix the app
App worked great at first but completely went south after I got new phone because I imaging that the app was not getting the correct updates for the time. I kept on deleting and re-installing the app and it might worked once but that’s all. I now have a headache
Hours trying to get into this app, reset password and user name and still nothing, cant get a live person... i cant wait to find another company to replace comdata, this is the 3rd time ive tried using this and all 3 times have been hours wasted, and this is suppose to be a convenient quickpay, it would be quicker and easier to hitchhike and pick up a check from landstarShow lessakraftwerks
Tired of the spinning beach ball
About one time out of a dozen will this app load where you can use it to transfer the funds to my bank, and if you need to register a draft or transfer funds by using the phone and getting charged, it is terrible trying to do business when the systems and apps you are dependent upon don’t work, really take some of the money you are charging in fees and make this crap work correctlyShow lesskw900lkevin
