  • New bill pay features-No bueno

    I just tried to use bill pay and I hate it! The upgrade is terrible. It used to be simple and easy to use.

    If it works, don’t fix it!
  • Constant Error Msg

    It always says “Something went wrong while trying to process the last request. Please try again. Even after app updates and my phone is brand new iPhone 13.
  • Responsive and Intuitive

    So far, this app had successfully met all of my banking needs. It is easy to use, convenient, and intuitive. The app also seems to be stable, as I have yet to have any glitches.
  • Quick and reliable

    I love this app because it’s very quick and reliable when I need to check my balances. It also allows me the opportunity to apply for certain promotions right on the app.
  • WPCCU APP is AWESOME

    The WPCCU is awesome. Even better are the people who are behind the software. I am confident that Bang Tran will not steal my identity despite the fact that I received two hundred pieces of his/her mail and Emily Winter's grandfather accused me of having them as my roommate.
  • Don’t bother

    What an unmitigated piece of crap. Remote deposit refuses to work. Forget automatic capture. Won’t work. Manual is no better. This thing has got be so frustrated that I may change banks. Life omission too short to put up with $h!t apps

    The app makes everything easy, all your accounts on one screen and instant banking information 👍 great job
  • Good app, but...

    I love the convenience of mobile banking, but 90% of the time I log on, I get an “unexpected error” message that requires me to re-log on. Please fix!

    Your app is good but could be great. If you put in an option to notify me if my balance goes (or is about to go) below a certain balance limit. That would be great. My Chase bank app has this feature and is a really good feature to have.
