Mobile deposit
It seems the mobile deposit app still needs to be worked on, I made a mobile deposit, but would not show up in my account as a deposit, hold, or anything. I called customer service and they couldn’t see anything showing as a deposit either, the check showing under the mobile deposit history but not in my checking account. I had to go the nearest branch the next morning because my drowsy still not showing up in my checking account, the teller said no deposit is showing in her screen, no holds, nothing so we had to do a direct deposit at the branch. I won’t be using the mobile deposit again. I want happy WPCCU had finally upgraded but I think the app still needs a lot of work.Show lessBlah1981

Add mobile Check Deposit
It’s fine to check balances. It lacks in some features like mobile bill pay and check deposits. Work on that ASAP and it would be great. Go further and add connecting outside accounts.Tatismami

Decent App(might need update)
Worst thing about the app is that sometimes it tells me that “your accounts are not available right now.” And then it won’t let me sign in and see anything. After a few hours it should be okay, but normally this is the most annoying part. Besides that, I love the app and it’s standard banking features.
