    The service is amazing !!!! Only if you can get ahold of them and not the offsite branch... the offsite branch is amazing as well but limited to what they can help you with ...
  • Mobile Deposit Disappointing

    The app worked fine at the beginning but the last couple of attempts have proven disappointing. The last time I tried depositing my paycheck it stated that it went through and gave me a confirmation number. I moved forward and paid a bill with the money allotted to me and when I checked my account the next morning I was overdrawn because the mobile deposit didn’t go through after all. This is after I received a confirmation number and notice that the money went through. I no longer trust the app to do more than viewing my account balance.

    I have been a member for over 35 years. Best credit union ever. We moved to Texas in 2017 and have not had a glitch at the local Shared branch location.

    Great online bill pay very easy to use. The only thing I would request is to be able to delete old payees on the bill pay. You online bill pay does not have the option. My branch is the Laurel Canyon in Sun Valley, they provide world class customer service everybody is super friendly and helpful.

    The site is often under construction. Always changing. It’s convenient to have mobile banking but not convenient to have it shut off all the time and looking different constantly.

    I’m a longtime Credit union member. I have seen many changes and improvements over the years with my banking experience with this institution . The latest changes and upgrades by far are the greatest. Everything is right before you. Very people friendly and uncomplicated in a tech friendly world. I’m very please . I can handle everything in a matter of minutes without anyone’s help. One happy customer.😀😀😀😀😀

  • The friendliest bank

    Every time I walk in there I’m always greeted with a big smile. They know who I am and there is a gentleman by the name of Prince that works at the Sun Valley branch, Very polite and professional. By far it’s the best and friendliest bank I’ve ever banked with.
  • New updates TERRIBLE

    I LOVED this app before it's recent update. Before it was so easy just to transfer money from account to account but now they made it very difficult just to make a payment on your credit card. Now it takes you to a whole new section of the app where you have to input the routing number and account number and make your payment through there, except it doesn't tell you which account it's coming from and the payment is still pending. Why change what's not broken!!?!? I'm extremely frustrated with this app now and might have to resort to calling them which we all know isn't a quick process. With the busy lives we all live who has time to sit on the phone just to transfer money from one account to the other. Please change back!

    I love the people at My credit union. My favorites are Lupe and Araceli! Great customer service. They are always smiling and happy to help. Oh there is one other teller who is awesome.. I have to review again next time with her name. She is pretty awesome as well!
