  • No longer works

    After a year of working well the app is suddenly broken. When launched all I get is "Our mobile app is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later." Have deleted and reinstalled several times with the same result. Please fix this!!!!
  • Portal Review

    The MSK portal is extremely easy to use, and after times accessing the portal, it becomes very intuitive . Thank you.
  • Another App That Continues to Get Worse

    Each iteration of the app continues to get worse and worse. The GUI used to be a lot clearer. The last upgrade just adds an extra step to see information. I am not the only one. I have shown screen shots of various versions of this app to other programmers and the response is the same. Looks like the changes are made to justify someone’s paycheck. Other patients have also commented how bad it is.

    Go back to the simple layout. Lose the excess graphics. We just need information.

  • App doesn’t work

    App doesn’t work when installed it still says it’s unavailable so can’t use it at all.

    General information only. No personal medical or financial function.
  • Horrible Update and Redesign

    Two or three iterations ago was a lot better. Even the last iteration wasn’t horrible. The GUI on this is bad. Crowded and a lot less user friendly, as if someone is trying to change things for the sake of changing things as compared to improving things. Brutal.

    Also it keeps on resetting appointments that have been confirmed,

    Go back to the design with the menu on the side which had a lot better use of screen real estate.

  • Login system broken for 6 months since 3.0 update

    Ever since the 3.0 update the app has been bugged on both iPhone and iPad. Sadly there seems to be no tech support that can help resolve the issue or any way to contact developers. No response to reviews that mention the problem either.

    No amount of deleting/re-installing the app, power cycling the device, or clearing caches help. It is just an infinite loop of an error message as soon as you open the app with a reload button that does nothing. You don’t even get a chance to login.

  • Excellent experience with new updates

    While the big update had its pros and cons, the app is in a better place than the original app was.

    This app makes my experience with MSK much easier, and the app runs very smoothly on my iPhone

    We’ve been struggling to use this app (which only worked half the time back when it was working at all) throughout treatment.

    The on-site staff seems to know it’s hopelessly unreliable and suggest just using the website - but being unable to quickly communicate with doctors or check appointments due to the poor quality level of the app and it’s services is more than just disappointing.

    We gave up trying to reach technical support to find out why none of our devices could successfully login, they all get the same error - perhaps leaving a review might stir them to finally address the issue:

    RELOAD

    Please call your MSK doctor's office if you need to speak with someone right away. You can still join a telemedicine appointment. Please click the link we sent you by email or text message 2 hours before your appointment.

  • Unable to use for four weeks - blue reload issue

    App will not open, fails with a blue “reload screen”. When it used to work it was wonderful. It is frustrating to be without it for such an extended period. Multiple calls to the help desk haven’t provided anything other than “keep checking for updates.”
