  • Needs work

    The new app is not user friendly. No way to change password. FaceID doesn’t work 99%. No way to log out without two steps, put it on the top to use wherever you are in this app.
  • Problem

    I downloaded the app and it won’t open. I get a reload message. It has happened several times. I can download other apps no problem.
  • Bugs/constant login problems

    When it works, the app is pretty good. But my wife and I are constantly having to re-enter credentials that had been saved, or even worse with login problems. This morning, for instance, we are successfully logging in, only to be told after we are in that our “session has timed out” and being forced to start over. This is with the same credentials that worked just fine last night.

    Also, MSK’s support phone line for the App is bankers hours- no chance of speaking with a real person or even leaving a message with a problem on a weekend. Seeing as how she has an appointment question about an appointment that may or
    May not be scheduled early Monday morning, that’s a real problem.

  • Was OK Till Now

    Face Recognition feature was lost today!! It’s turned on in the Settings for THIS APP. Please correct the situation and restore the Face Recognition option!!!!

    Problem now fixed. Face ID is working.

  • The app won’t load on my phone

    The app does not load.

    Error message says “There was an error processing your request.”
  • Patient

    A set backwards for this app.
    Schedule harder to read.
    Difficult to see at a glance what’s on the schedule.
    Now you must open each appointment to see what floor to go to.
  • Old version was a LOT better

    This app doesn’t present the information about me or my interactions with MSK and my doctors as well as the older version I was forced to update. The techies sold you a bill of goods! Old app was MUCH better.
  • Good Step, Needs Work

    Having patient information at hand in an app is a great move. The app itself could be better and comes with a handful of bugs and annoyances. For example, login credentials get “unstored” regularly, a COVID 19 message pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app, stuff like that.

    It’s not like you have any options, so download it and enjoy as best you can :) devs, hope you can make it a little better.

  • Major bug issues

    This app was very frustrating and especially using it during my treatments when I was the most exhausted.

    When it worked the app was great but starting about 1.5 years ago I couldn’t not login. I would go around in circles at the beginning. So I have to use the site from safari which you can tell is not designed to everything needed without the app.

  • Need to reinstall the app every two / three days

    It used to be stable and work well, but is now just failing and failing. I have to remove the app then re install again over and over again.
