  • NOT USER FRIENDLY

    I cannot enter my date of birth by typing my birthdate. Instead this app requires you to use a calendar which doesn’t let you select a year first. You can only go back month by month. Also I can sign on to MyMSK on my laptop with my password but but the app doesn’t accept the password.

  • You’ll need another doctor after using for a while

    While it’s great having the medical info at your fingertips…the app crashes every 45-60 days. You then have to delete and download it all over again. It’s mind boggling.

  • App won’t open after I put my PIN in.

    App is updated, but won’t log me in with my PIN. It just does nothing
  • No clinical notes

    Unlike Epic, this platform has no listing for clinical notes. My doctor said she could send them to me when they were finished. It’s been a while and I still don’t have them.
  • Navigation Suggestions

    I’m relatively new to the MyMSK app.
    Having access to my information, lab results and appointments is useful but the actual ease of navigation is mediocre. Type size options directly in the app. would be helpful. We are deluged with info about COVID everywhere, less is more. Trying to change personal basic information could be simpler.

  • App no longer working

    The MyMSK app was working great until a week ago. Now the app will not open with my password or my thumbprint. This is a terrible problem for me because I can’t access my upcoming appointments on the portal. Can you please help me?
  • Please Add Biometrics

    Having to manually enter user name and password upon each login should be updated once initially confirmed with a thumb print.
    Maybe I missed something?

    Half the time Face ID doesn’t work and then you can’t put your password in.

  • As crucial to my recovery as anything

    Amazing app. Provides exactly what I need. I see that you have already fixed the Tehe-health media error message.
    May I ask one small favor...
    Can I receive notifications upon new messages to my inbox. Currently I only “know” via email unless I open the app itself. I believe it holds true with most outside of appointment reminders.
    More options to my Lock Screen or notifications bar would be amazing. I would love to know when my blood work results are in, an MRI or surgery report that has been posted in real time.
    The app gets “pushed” at 7:04ish am and that when the system sends out emails and such letting me know the results that really came in sometime “yesterday” are available now. Can it be done in real time please.
    Telehealth visits provide a contact number
    Telephone calls don’t upon opening your appointment when you are contacting the doctor.
    Not all employees are listed. Not on “you” but again real time updating via Sloan itself.

    May I have a way to send you this via the app or an email address. I use the app extensively. 2 years, 150 appointments later. It’s almost perfect. Few user end visual changes and it’ll be good.

  • Fixed finally!

    Changed my rating to 5. Thanks for listening but now I’ll be scared to ever update this app..
