  • Useless app

    It’s easy to create an account on here but the app is pretty much useless. No image of my card appears, benefits page doesn’t show up-only “error.” Maybe since it’s a Medicare app, the company doesn’t care about putting resources in to make it better, because the non-Medicare Aetna app has great reviews. But Aetna Better Health members aren’t able to use it.

  • Worst app ever!

    This app doesn’t work, it glitches every single time I try to search for a provider and even if it loads there is no way to read any information because it glitches over and over and over again!!! I am so frustrated!!! I needed to find an urgent care for my sick daughter and I had to try at least 20 times going back and forward!! How is this App helpful?

  • Horrible app

    This app doesn’t work at all. Every time you fill in information it doesn’t allow you to continue on to the next page or doesn’t allow you to find providers. It’s not efficient for people needing to access this for their HEALTH!!! Also, they don’t update the list of providers. I’ve had a horrible time finding a PCP and called the hotline 5 times trying to figure this out. I hope this changes for the better. It’s sad.

  • Doesn’t Work!

    This app needs major bug fixes! Doesn’t even let me login! I used to have Aetna PPO and had to switch to Medicaid, and the difference between the regular Aetna app and this one is terrible. Not fair to give other Aetna members better access to their health plan! This app needs to be completely reworked!

  • Why tease me?

    The title is related to the fact that it has an option to add my ID Card to my Apple Wallet, when I tap on it, it gives me a black blank document named “showAppleWallet” which I’m sure is the codes directory name. It doesn’t work. Therefor, I can’t even use the feature it encourages me to use.

    This app has been giving me issues from the start and I actually just logged into for the first time in months. What a welcoming haha.

  • This app doesn’t work

    Can’t log-in. Tired a hundred of times. Keep popping up error message. I guess the insurance cost is so high because they spent and invested in App like this. Can’t even log-in so Whats the purpose of this App. Look at the one star review lol it’s 2023 and simple problem have not been fix. Just forget it.

  • Terrible

    I wasn’t even able to log in! It just stayed buffering and wouldn’t let me in whatsoever! Immediately deleted the app, what a joke. Do better by the people you provide for. What a weak attempt at trying to make it easy for people when all you’ve done is make it 10x harder. Ridiculous

  • Even worse

    So I deleted the app and redownloaded it hoping it would let me log in, and even after that, as soon as I open the app it sends me to a broken captcha on the browser. Doesn’t even let me try to log in. So much for deleting all the info in the app when deleting it. I’m thinking that is some type of HIPA violation.

  • Have not been able to log in

    Everything I try to log in it like glitches and goes back to my Home Screen on my phone then I have to go back to the app and I still haven’t been able to see anything . I just wanna see if my daughter was added to my insurance .
