  • A lifesaver (sort of)

    There’s nothing perfect in this world, but this so is soooooo much easier to use and more comprehensive than Aetna’s website. Plus, it’s so nice to be able to open the app and have instant access to everything I need. The old way required me to go online, open my browser, type in the website address, and type in my log-in details and then have to navigate through one of the worst websites I have ever been on. This here requires one tap and I’m on because I use Face ID. Even if I didn’t have Face ID I would just have to enter my 4 digit PIN number and voila I’m in!

  • App crashes 95% of the time

    Soon as you get past the sign in screen and you see the home page it takes you out of the app, so you have to relaunch the app and it does it over and over again very frustrating because you aren’t able to get the medical services you need.

  • Horrible App

    So the app used to work when I first downloaded it. Now, it won’t even load to the login screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled with no success.

    One time it did go to the login, but it continued to “load” something and wouldn’t let me login at all. App is pretty much worthless

  • Garbage, but probably better than their website

    Barely usable, very slow, not enough useful things to click on, automatically times out after 5 mins of “inactivity” like when I’m trying to look at the member handbook PDF

  • The worst app

    I’ve been trying to log in for a week but no luck and unfortunately the same thing with the browser. I had Aetna international previously, the app was great not like this garbage at all. it’s definitely not the same group of developers. I guess Aetna don’t want to spend on good developers to get this app running. No wonder 1.7 out of 5 rating.

  • Worst app I’ve ever used

    I’ve deleted and reinstalled 5-6 times, logged in and logged out and it refuses to load anything. The only thing that pops up is “request header field too large”. If I didn’t need this stupid app I wouldn’t be wasting my time get it together. Worst insurance with the worst app, makes sense.

  • When it actually works it’s fine

    Sometimes i can’t log in because it wants to to verify through captcha and the verification uses a computer based website clearly not meant for phones. Kinda silly for a phone, if it does that ( and it’s totally random on it it will or won’t) i simply can’t log in period and that is very irritating.

    Also I’m sure there is a comment below that says this exact same review so if i get a developer response saying you’ll work on feedback or something. If you don’t work on it, it makes your reply a bit hollow , I’m afraid

  • Completely Worthless App

    This has probably been the biggest disappointment that I have ever had from an app on the Apple store. I looked forward to this app before Aetna took over Illinicare. The app does not work at all. Every single search for physicians turns up a result of no results found. The only way to find any physician, medical group, or any other medical service is to go to the website. In the Iphone app the application will not even open. In the Ipad app, the app does not function at all. The search and other functions are not working correctly. Unable to change providers in the app or make other changes. If I could I would give it a zero stars but that is not possible.

  • Horrible app

    App does not work once you create an account you will forever get log on error messages every time you try to log in. A shame because this app is needed if you do not have a physical card. Development team should of put out better content like they did with the regular Aetna app. This just goes to show that when you have Medicaid you will always get the short end of the stick

  • Not usable yet

    Captcha launches in random browser window then The authentication signal never makes it back to the application. so essentially I can’t log into the application because it’s coded like a web browser experience outside of the web browser. please rewrite your application to be more user-friendly and don’t tell us to call customer service to handle something so trivial.
