The app is good and navigable. And EMI customer service is the best I’ve had. I am grateful my employer uses them. Never had an issue they couldn’t resolve or explain to me.No good
The app locks me out of my account and I have to wait 24 hours to reset my password. I just use the website.Useful but could be better
This is a little clunky to navigate and really mostly allows users to do a provider search. I wish it had more features to manage claims.Great!

When I compare the information available on the app to what’s available on the website, the website gives a lot better information and a lot more user-friendly format. The home screen for the app gives you four different categories to choose from, but none of those categories take me to see how much money I have spent on my deductible.I assume the information is somewhere in the app, but I have spent the last 10 minutes searching and have not found it. Terrible user interface.
