App not working
I’ve always liked using this app to keep up with my pet’s appointments, medication, and reminders from the vet. But for the last 2 weeks, it hasn’t been working at all. When I open the app, it just says loading and never goes to the home page. Please fix this issue so we can use this app

Haven't been able to log in for a while now--just get prompted to enter a code and once I do, I receive an error.
Amazing!
I love this app! It’s organized, easy to find information and keep track of appointments and upcoming vaccinations needed. I’m so relieved this has current information straight from my vet. With four pets, this is extremely helpful!
Major Issue that Needs to Be Fixed
Instead of giving an update with minor fixes, maybe one that fixes the ability to actually use the app would be a better option. The cat, whose eyes keep following the dot of the loading circle forever, begs to be let free. If the app is fixed and works again, I will update this review. Thanks.
Reliability and limitations
The app runs very slow and isn’t always reliable. Sometimes I can’t log in because it says I don’t have an existing account, but I do. I am unable to see my pet’s vaccinations and check-in history. I would like to see any prescribed medications and directions, and receive live updates when medication is ready for pickup.

I can never log into this app. Is this normal too constantly need a code to log in? Kinda annoying tbh
Great concept. Terrible execution.
The 2 stars is for the app which only works half the time at best. It’s the most unstable app I’ve ever used. If it did work it would be very helpful - it shows past and upcoming visits and my pet’s stats and even medication history. But most of the time the apps just spins and never opens.
Reviews are not about the app
If you read the 5 star reviews, you’ll notice they are all for whatever vet the person saw, not this app, which is not associated with the vets.
This app is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever used. It’s extremely buggy, most of the time I can’t sign in. When I am signed in it’s stuck loading so I can’t use it. I’m not sure why any vet would want to use this software.

I like it
I’ve only used it once, but it was intuitive and easy to use to book my pet’s wellness visit.
Needs an update
It doesn’t load. Just spins and spins. Someone needs to fix it.
