Appointment Scheduling needs work
When trying to schedule an appointment ,it would be helpful if you could choose specific dates. Also, the provider list should only show doctors and not every employee the practice has ever had.
Wrong information
Some of my pets have wrong information on their profile such as their sex and weight. When I try to edit to put correct information on my pets profiles app does not allow me to do it… saying the edited changes is an error. Certainly I know my pets better then this app. Please correct this.
Doesn’t work, stuck loading
This app used to work decently, was never amazing but got the job done. However now the app just doesn’t work at all. When I launch it’s just stuck spinning and gets nowhere
The app won’t even load now
This app used to be great, especially since it reminded me of when my pets’ vaccinations needed to be scheduled among other things. Now the app won’t even load at all. Reinstalling the app does nothing, as does restarting the app. Whether it was an update or what, the app has now been rendered entirely useless.

It’s getting better
It takes some getting used to. Confusing to navigate at first but in time becomes easier to use.
Kandies first visit
Kandie had her first visit with you on May 21, 2024. We were nervous, but I knew that getting her looked at was overdue. The doctor was very forthcoming with her health and explained to me that x-rays were an necessity. He explained the x-rays to me showed them to me, provided her with great care and even gave me an estimate on her teeth. I will be calling about getting her teeth done so far our first experience was a good one. Thank you

It’s broken :(
This used to work really for keeping track of my dog’s health records. Plain and simple. But after a recent update, it just buffers endlessly, making it unusable. :(
Horrible App
When my vet first started using this app it was great. Now NOT so much! It’s horrible. It deletes your information and your pets information without any warning or reason. I had to re add one of my pets and I was able schedule her appointment with my vet, but today her information is deleted AGAIN. The veterinarian office employees said it does this to them also and some of them can’t even access the app.

Login isn’t working
I get the ‘please wait’ when I try to open the app and it seems to have stalled out at this screen.
As others have said, I don’t appreciate having to login every time I want to use the app. I just want to access my dog’s profile; does it have to be this complicated?
Please fix the app.

I cannot stand this app anymore.
This app had so much potential to be a good app, but I find that it’s constantly trying to boot up. Also, you can’t just login normally you have to constantly get a code sent to your email which you’re waiting for. you think they would’ve installed a face recognition to make it faster but instead they expect a code and it’s not even the same code to get in every time you have to get a new code super frustrating. I just wanna be able to login.
So now either half the time I’m waiting to try and get into the app to see if it boots up at all OR IM waiting for an email that takes 10 minutes to arrive.
I just want to be able to get my dog medicine or check my dog stats.
At this rate I’m better off calling the office directly than using this.
