The revised app is AMAZING!
I just downloaded the latest version and I’m loving all the new features in the app! The improved print quality, new photo editing features, and how much faster it’s loading...simply amazing. But, now I want the Harry Potter version of the printer to open all of those features too!dshulsey
Great hardware, undone by appalling software
The printer itself is a good little gadget, but we rarely use it because the software is just so bad.
· The app freezes all the time.
· It's really hard to find the photo you want to print.
· There's no integration with Apple Photos app (adding a 'Send to LifePrint" option to Apple Photos would solve many of the issues in one feel swoop, but it's just not there)
· If someone else tries to send you a photo to print, you can too easily end up sharing it on the LifePrint social network; not good of its pictures of your kids.
The list goes on; software so poor it prevents you using the printer. A huge shame. I still love the idea though!Show lessSirolway
Latest App version not loading
So I’ve just bought the Lifeprint gadget - downloaded the app - I am completely unable to download the latest version despite Lifeprint telling me to - it just keeps freezing.
Also - I bought the smaller photo prints and the app will not allow me to use the ‘shrink to fit’ option - so every time I print I get half a pic - have tried emailing the support team but no reply - am thinking about returning this to the Apple storeShow less1laura2061
Wired Bug
I downloaded this app on both of my phones, however when I tried to login to the account I created it said the account does not exist. The account can only be used on one specific phone.Rena_RRRRR
App no longer works
Can’t login, doesn’t recognise my email, won’t allow me to set a new password, don’t waste your money on this nonsense.
Another gadget that is great, then screwed by releasing updated support apps that are bugged to hell.
Throwing it in the bin rather than loose another hour of my life.
The developer has responded to my review asking me to email support as they have a fix. Impressive, perhaps they should be investing their time fixing the bugged app rather than expecting the customers to work around.Show lessDel Edge

This is the greatest gadget I’ve had my hands on for awhile now. Loving the compact size and the fact that you don’t need ink. And let’s not talk about how much the little once in the family love the video future... running around the house and sticking moving pics everywhere. Money well spend. Don’t buy it
I don’t understand why the app can’t save the video on your phone, so each time you want to show your friend the hyper photo it will work immediately, rather than pulling videos from the cloud, 90% of the time it won’t work, you look like a idiot in front of your friends, this uncertainty really kills allShow lessayumi2887993
Photos good. App horrible.
Start with the positives. The photos, they are great. I've managed to fill a whole wall with little photos from my travels, looks really nice and is great for conversation when people see it.
What I've had to go through on the app to achieve the photo wall is a joke. Not only is the paper to print on horribly expensive, like seriously google it, its a lot. But you end up wasting half of it because the printer decides how many copies of each photo it's going to take. The apps 'print Q' is, well, not a print Q, I don't even know what that part of the app is doing.
Hopefully they'll update the app/firmware to the point where it will print the photo you told it to, rather than the previous photo 6 times. I just hope in the mean time, anyone who buys this has a thick wallet because you're gonna go through that paper like you wouldn't believe.
EDIT: After the latest update, the device no longer works, your phone will say it’s connected via Bluetooth successfully, but the app will disagree with that information and say you’re not connected and you cannot print, rendering this product, absolutely and completely useless. Have a great day and probably don’t buy this printer, even though it has the power to print great photos :)Show lessLeeseroonio

Hi Leeseroonio, so sorry to hear about the print queue troubles you have been having. For future use, the easiest way to ensure multiple prints are not printed, in case maybe the print button was clicked multiple times, is to go to the main screen on the top left, click the printer icon, click print queue and then slide the images to the left to delete from the queue. If you continue to experience this problem please shoot us an email, and we'll have the development team take a look at this for you, might be something odd with your account that we can help with. This is a very cool printer and app, unfortunately, it has some bugs. 1) I cannot find the username when using searching people function. 2) it takes a while to buffer and didn’t work on the first go. 3) when send the photos to printer, sometimes will not print. Can be solved by restart the app. Not very convenient! Overall, app can be improved. Like the idea but the database management of the app is not really mature.Show lessShunxin
