Worst printer
Hello, who ever is buying this! I have had this app for about 2 years and the printing has been great but this last month the printing quality has gone down. I just printed a photo of me and a friend and it only printed only half of the picture and I’m VERY disappointed in the printer and the app. Also the app would make me print random photos off my camera roll! NOT HAPPY!!!!Show lesskdoetsu
Can’t get app - updated review
Purchased the printer from Apple and then tried to download the app from App Store but to no avail. Click get and then just sits there. Tried on fibre broadband and also 4g but still just sits static. Stopped download attempt and tried several times.....nothing. Turned phone (iPhone 10) of and on again as the good old IT problem solver but still nothing 😡
Update: App finally got it’s act together and downloaded. Connected to printer easy enough and app software works fine for transmitting pic. As per other comments the output print is dark in comparison to the screen image.
Like the augmented reality of the video still.
When printing a photo from iphone the printer adds the hidden labelling to the pic (ie ‘HDR’ ‘Live’). This may be something I need to adjust in settings...so not bothered unless I can’t stop it.

Losing appeal...
I’ve been a big fan of Lifeprint for years. However between the throughly expensive paper (with cheaper options for other, but same printers now available), and the decrease in the quality of the app, I’m definitely looking for other alternatives when my printer needs to be replaced.
My current big bugbear is that you can no longer choose the orientation of your photo - the app just chooses it for you, instead of letting you adjust to your preferred size and orientation. Which is great, except you also cannot crop your photo before trying to adjust the size to fit the paper, which ends up rendering some photos useless.Show lessTheDancingNerd
Needs work
Lifeprint is honestly such a great idea and it’s such a shame the app has some many issues, for some reason it prints multiple copies, and i have to exit the app for each picture which seems like much more work than it should be, if the app is improved this deserves 5 stars.Heyyy!!
App so buggy makes printer unusable
I only got to use my printer 4 times before the app kept glitching. It freezes, it loses the pictures during uploads, you can’t delete an upload before it’s done. So when the photo is lost and not uploading, it will not print anything else because the imaginary photo that will never upload has to be first.
My queue is stuck processing. I like the printer a lot but unfortunately the app needs work.Show lessSummmmmmmmmmn
Great app just need google photos please
This os a fabulous app... I just need this to access my google photos because I have all my photos saved on google photos and I have no photos on the regular photo app. I love this I would give it a five star rating but I can’t print the photos I want.😭😭 so please find a way for me to access google photos. Nice but....
Nice idea...but photos print quite dark and print the same photo over and over!
For some reason the print queue never deletes and it keeps printing the same photo. Unless you delete it.
And the price of the paper makes that not something I want to keep repeatingGin 44

Kinda disappointed
The quality of the pictures aren’t that great and every time I want to print a picture I have to close the app and open it again. It also will also print the previous picture again even when canceled or deleted. A lot of my papers get wasted from multiple prints when I only want one copy.Daft Punk now or later
