Absolutely Useless Unless You Pay
I tried using this app on a new phone and to my surprise I was not even able to start the timer without having to subscribe. What an absolute waste. Do not download this app unless you want to pay $40 / year for a timer. So many good free options out there that apps that deny you of basic functionality for free do not deserve more than a one star.

Broken App & Bad Service
I’ve been using the app for a while and loved it. A recent update had a pop up requiring money after a free trial. That’s not an issue. I am happy to give money to people who make software I love.
The issue is after the update, the app is absolutely unusable on my watch. I came to the app store reviews to see if anyone else had mentioned this recently and got to see the developer responses to reviews. They were bad.
I’ve done customer support for a long time. These responses were bad enough for me to decide I’m not interested in pursuing any interaction with the customer support team and will find another app.

If you don’t want to spend money on something pointless don’t get this app all it does if you don’t pay is a timer and all phones have it and why do I have to pay money to add reminders. I could say I lot worse things about this app but I’ll leave it at that.
App has no “free” version
I understand having a free version of an app with less available features, but you cannot use the timer at all without paying the $40 subscription. This should be advertised as a paid app if there are no usable features in the free version.
Also, I hope you fired “Jan”, who spent her time replying to reviews in an unprofessional manner instead of actually cooperating with app users.

Apple Watch long press broken
I love this app and use it everyday. However with a recent update the Apple Watch app no longer responds to long presses bringing options like skip. Obviously annoying when I can’t skip a break after the fact or reset a timer just wait till the current session terminates
Sketchy Subscription Practices
I would have loved to try the trial because the app seems well made, but any time I exited the app, a payment window automatically pops up for the annual subscription without me ever choosing to. That is sketchy. If it’s a bug in the app, then it needs to be fixed.
UPDATE: I’ve downloaded the app again to replicate what I saw and am now unable to. I will remove my poor review for that, but I experienced this twice with my first download. I’ve since updated my phone including a restart, so I can’t be sure if it was the app or the phone.

Really expensive
I understand quality apps cost money and should be paid, however there should be a good sense of how much it should cost. I can’t find any explanation why someone should pay 6 dollars a month pomodoro like app. That’s the only thing preventing me to become a customer. Make it cheap, 1 dollar a month, you get a million customers easily as it is one of the best ones at the store. You got yourself 1M in revenue. Pretty good for a pomodoro app.

So close to loving it, but missing organisation functionality.
The app itself is great, throughout the trial I couldn’t fault it.
However, when I really got into the swing of it, the next thing I wanted to do was load into it my series of tasks from my other todo apps and get cracking. The problem I quickly came up against however, is that there’s no way to organise lists and the tasks within them
In my other apps, I have organisation; structure. The simple addition of alternative lists would be a great start, and without it the app just doesn’t work for me. Sadly, until that’s included I’ve had to put the app down and look to alternatives.

Great design, bad syncing
This is exactly what I was looking for in a productivity pomodoro timer. The way it is designed is elegant, attractive, and easy to use.
Unfortunately the syncing between the Apple Watch and iPhone has been incredibly frustrating and I’m hoping this can be improved.

Looks amazing but.......
This app looks sooo amazing and perfect until I found out you can use it until you do subscription. There should be a free version and people like me wanna focus but their parents don’t allow money app so if you could please change that I would give 5 stars.
