Had an awesome experience with Peptalk and their customer service, especially Clement. I asked about family account options, and although they couldn’t offer exactly what I wanted through the app, Clement came up with a great alternative. Clement was super helpful and made the whole process easy. Their quick responses and willingness to go the extra mile really impressed me. Peptalk not only has a fantastic product but also a top-notch customer service team. Highly recommend!

Feature to turn off music
The background music to every motivational message starts to irritate after a while. It would be useful to be able to turn it off as a feature. Not everything needs to be built up to a Hollywood blockbuster epicTheDrummerUK

Our app uses the highest protocols in security and user safety. If it wasn't the case, it wouldn't be approved by the App Store. Also, we never had a similar complaint in 7 years of activity...We do not store nor have access to your password at all. We'd love to see a screenshot of that warning, which is totally illegitimate in the case of PepTalk. Feel free to reach out for any technical helpBest app ever!

Absolutely awesome! I decided to pull up a title called, “Force Yourself To Get It Done!”, because I am trying to prepare myself for an upcoming court appearance.
Everything that comes up in the “talk” is just the way I need it said to me. I definitely need all the encouragement I can retain and implement it my daily routine. I even decided to write some notes on how much of the “PEP” personally pertained to my situation. I didn’t want it to end! However, afterwards I felt extremely empowered and had a newfound sense of determination that I plan on continuing my journey off with! “This trial will be my greatest moment of growth!”
What will I bring into the day to challenge adversity?

…there are so few women featured in your videos as compared to men that I wish I hadn’t made the purchase. I paid for an entire year and never would have done that had I known it was going to be so testosterone heavy. I like the men you choose but I’m sick of having one female do a tiny cameo hear and there while your app is clearly centered around the male gender. It’s frustrating! It is 2024, for goodness sake, so don’t you dare say there aren’t enough women available to feature. Come on now, guys (I’m assuming y’all are guys), you can do better. As soon as I stop feeling like the ‘lesser’ sex after watching one of your vids, I’ll update my rating. Please, do better.Show lessPDXJenniferL

Hi! We're improving the gender split day by day. Even though women speakers are a bit outnumbered right now, we do have a good amount of content from inspiring women. The discoverability of such content in the app is not ideal though: this is due to how our algorithm works. This is probably the best money I’ve spent. Peptalk has become part of my morning ritual and is playing a huge part in keeping my self discipline going and distractions out of the way. Really recommend to anyone struggling getting their goals set and putting them in place.CHRISOfCRINGE
